Miles Sanders Sep 28 9:20pm CT
    Miles Sanders

Dallas Cowboys running back Miles Sanders (ankle) suffered an ankle injury in the first half of Sunday night's game against the visiting Green Bay Packers and is questionable to return, according to Calvin Watkins of the Dallas Morning News. Before his injury, Sanders had only two carries for eight yards while catching both of his targets for an additional 17 yards. With rookie Jaydon Blue inactive for the fourth straight week to open his rookie season, Hunter Luepke will be the backup to starter Javonte Williams if Sanders cannot return in the second half. If Sanders does not return on Sunday night and is unable to get the green light to play in Week 5 against the New York Jets, Blue would almost certainly be active for the first time in 2025. Sanders came into Week 4 with 18 carries for 109 yards (6.1 yards per carry) and a touchdown while adding six catches for 13 yards

Emeka Egbuka Sep 28 9:10pm CT
    Emeka Egbuka

Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie wide receiver Emeka Egbuka recorded four catches for 101 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets in his team's 31-25 Week 4 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The 22-year-old has now recorded 18 catches for 282 yards and four touchdowns on 31 targets through the first four games of his NFL career. With veteran wideout Mike Evans (hamstring) sidelined by a hamstring injury, Egbuka and Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin tied for the team lead in targets against the Eagles in Week 4. For as long as Evans remains out, Egbuka could be the number one option in the Tampa Bay passing game for quarterback Baker Mayfield. Egbuka profiles as a must-start fantasy wide receiver going into a Week 5 matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.

James Cook Sep 28 8:50pm CT
    James Cook

Buffalo Bills running back James Cook posted another huge game in Week 4 in his team's 31-19 victory over the New Orleans Saints. Cook recorded 117 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries and added three catches for 18 yards for good measure as well. The 26-year-old has now logged 401 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 75 carries and 12 receptions for 89 yards through his first four games of 2025. He dominated backfield touches in Week 4, earning 22 out of 24 rush attempts by running backs for Buffalo against New Orleans. As long as he's healthy, Cook is a must-start fantasy running back.

Lamar Jackson Sep 28 8:40pm CT
    Lamar Jackson

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (hamstring) was forced to exit in the third quarter of his team's Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs due to a hamstring strain. Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk reports that Jackson felt a "grab" in his hamstring and will undergo further evaluation on Monday. Jackson finished Week 4 by going 14 of 20 through the air for 147 passing yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He also rushed six times for 48 yards. Jackson was replaced by veteran quarterback Cooper Rush, who completed nine of 13 pass attempts for 52 yards against Kansas City. If Jackson were to miss time, Rush would be in line to start Baltimore's Week 5 matchup with the Houston Texans.

Travis Etienne Sep 28 8:40pm CT
    Travis Etienne

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. dominated the San Francisco 49ers with 19 carries for 124 yards and a touchdown in his team's 26-21 Week 4 win. The 26-year-old is off to a terrific start to the 2025 season, with 65 carries for 394 yards and two touchdowns as a rusher, and six catches for 32 yards and a score as a receiver through his first four games. Etienne Jr. is also dominating backfield touches in Jacksonville so far, as Jaguars backup running backs Bhayshul Tuten and LeQuint Allen Jr. combined for just six touches in Week 4. Etienne Jr. profiles as a must-start fantasy running back going into a Week 5 showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Christian McCaffrey Sep 28 8:20pm CT
    Christian McCaffrey

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey struggled to be efficient as a rusher in his team's Week 4 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, finishing with 17 carries for 49 yards. However, McCaffrey saved his day with his work as a receiver, hauling in six catches for 92 yards and a touchdown on 11 targets. The 29-year-old has now recorded 560 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns on 100 total touches through four games. McCaffrey has not had much success on the ground (3.3 yards per carry), but it won't matter as long as he keeps seeing such a high volume of targets in the passing game. If McCaffrey's health continues to hold up under this type of per-game workload, he could be the number one player in fantasy this season.

Drake London Sep 28 8:20pm CT
    Drake London

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London broke out of an early-season slump with a dominant Week 4 performance in his team's 34-27 win over the Washington Commanders. London recorded eight catches for 110 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets. The 24-year-old has now logged 24 receptions for 269 yards and a score on 37 targets through four games. London's current average of 9.25 targets per game would put him on pace for over 150 targets in a 17-game season, so his production going forward is more a question of efficiency than volume. As long as he stays healthy, London profiles as a must-start fantasy wide receiver.

    Amon-Ra St. Brown Sep 28 8:20pm CT
    Amon-Ra St. Brown

Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown recorded seven catches for 70 yards and two touchdowns in his team's 34-10 Week 4 win over the Cleveland Browns. St. Brown is on a touchdown heater with six scores in his last three games. To go along with the six touchdowns, the 25-year-old has hauled in 27 catches for 314 yards on 32 targets through his first four games of 2025. As long as St. Brown stays healthy, he profiles as a must-start fantasy WR1.

Patrick Mahomes Sep 28 8:10pm CT
    Patrick Mahomes

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes completed 25 of 37 pass attempts for 270 yards, four touchdowns, and zero sacks during Sunday's Week 4 win over the Baltimore Ravens. He also took one sack and rushed for five yards. This was one of Mahomes' best outings in a long time, as well as the first time he threw for four touchdowns since 2023. The star quarterback has now scored at least 24 fantasy points in three of four games this season, ranking as the overall QB3 so far. He should be viewed as a top-five fantasy quarterback option heading into next week's matchup against a Jaguars defense that is playing surprisingly well.

    From RotoBaller

Justice Hill Sep 28 8:00pm CT
    Justice Hill

Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill had three carries, 76 rushing yards, five catches, 41 receiving yards, and two total touchdowns during Sunday's Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Baltimore lost by three possessions and also watched Lamar Jackson (hamstring) leave with an injury, so it's fair to say that Hill's big game was one of the lone bright spots. He probably won't be able to replicate his big outing next week, especially since one of his touchdowns came on a 71-yard rush in garbage time. However, his general involvement and productivity indicate that he could still be in line for a larger role going forward. Hill played more than 50 percent of the snaps in Week 3 and has 11 catches over his last three games. Last season, he scored at least 11.5 fantasy points (PPR) in one-third of his contests. Moving forward, he should be viewed as a mid-to-low RB4 with RB3 upside in PPR leagues.

Puka Nacua Sep 28 7:50pm CT
    Puka Nacua

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua caught 13 of 15 targets for 170 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's Week 4 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Nacua was already the top-scoring fantasy receiver entering this week, and he only widened the gap between himself and the rest of the league on Sunday afternoon. The 24-year-old has 503 receiving yards, 52 rushing yards, and two touchdowns through four games. Extrapolated over a 17-game season, he'd be on pace for 2,138 receiving yards, which would shatter the existing single-season record. There's still a long way to go before seriously discussing whether Nacua will hit that milestone, but there's no question that he is turning heads and cementing himself as one of the NFL's brightest stars. He should be viewed as a high-end WR1 heading into Thursday Night Football against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5.

Ricky Pearsall Sep 28 7:40pm CT
    Ricky Pearsall

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee) said that he exited in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars due to pain and instability in his right knee, according to David Lombardi of The Athletic. The second-year receiver entered this week with a knee issue, so it's possible that he re-aggravated that injury on Sunday afternoon. The 25-year-old didn't return to the contest after departing, finishing Week 4 with four catches for 46 yards. Fantasy managers should pay close attention to his status heading into a short week, as the 49ers take on the Los Angeles Rams this Thursday. Kendrick Bourne would likely operate as the No. 2 receiver behind Jauan Jennings if Pearsall is forced to miss time.

Ashton Jeanty Sep 28 7:30pm CT
    Ashton Jeanty

Las Vegas Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty rushed for 138 yards and one touchdown on 21 carries during Sunday's Week 4 loss to the Chicago Bears. He also caught two passes for 17 receiving yards and two receiving touchdowns. The rookie set several career-bests in his fourth NFL game, including most carries, most rushing yards, most yards per carry, most receiving yards, and most touchdowns. After three relatively underwhelming weeks, it was exciting to see things finally click for Jeanty, who was regarded as one of the top running back prospects of this decade. He'll rank as an RB2 with RB1 upside heading into Week 5 against the Indianapolis Colts.

Stefon Diggs Sep 28 7:13pm CT
    Stefon Diggs

Dynasty | Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs had six catches for 101 yards in a win against Carolina. Dynasty Analysis: Diggs had seven targets on the day, four more than any other player for New England. It was a decent sign for Diggs, who came into the day with 13 catches for 112 scoreless yards. He has still yet to score a touchdown for the Patriots but it does seem like he's getting healthier by the week. He could make for a decent buy low for dynasty managers in contention after the first month.

Drake Maye Sep 28 7:13pm CT
    Drake Maye

Dynasty | Patriots quarterback Drake Maye completed 14-of-17 passes for 203 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions. Dynasty Analysis: Maye could have had an even bigger day but the Patriots won the game 42-13. It really seems as if he's made a big second year leap as he now has seven touchdowns and just two interceptions with over 1,000 passing yards over the first four weeks. He's now a QB1 candidate depending on the matchup as New England continues to look like a team on the rise. His ADP is rising with the team at this point.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

TreVeyon Henderson Sep 28 7:13pm CT
    TreVeyon Henderson

Dynasty | Patriots rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson had 32 rushing yards, two catches and 14 receiving yards in a win against Carolina. Dynasty Analysis: Henderson continues to be part of a three-headed monster at running back with Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson. It's more than frustrating for Henderson managers as he just hasn't had an extended chance to show what he can do. At this point, he belongs on benches and his ADP and rookie ranking are going to start to dip now as he just hasn't been able to shake the other two on the depth chart. The Patriots have a great platoon in reality but it's awful in fantasy at the moment.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Quinshon Judkins Sep 28 7:13pm CT
    Quinshon Judkins

Dynasty | Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins had 82 rushing yards, four catches, 33 receiving yards and a touchdown in a loss to the Lions. Dynasty Analysis: Judkins was pretty much the entire Browns offense on the day as the Lions handled them from the start. While he hasn't had a truly game-breaking performance, he's getting nearly all the touches from the running backs and is quickly becoming one of the few featured backs in the game. There are issues to resolve here that include some legal matters and the fact he's on an offense that is really struggling. However, Judkins is quickly showing he is a legit NFL talent. His ADP continues to rise.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Isaiah Bond Sep 28 7:13pm CT
    Isaiah Bond

Dynasty | Browns rookie wide receiver Isaiah Bond had three catches for 58 yards in loss to the Lions. Dynasty Analysis: Bond was tied for second on the team in targets with Harold Fannin but led the team in receiving yards on the day. It was the most impressive feat in fantasy football history but it seems Bond is making some progress in terms of production. He's nowhere near lineups at this point but a few more days like this could prove to change that. His ADP and ranking continue to creep up slowly with each coming week.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Emeka Egbuka Sep 28 7:13pm CT
    Emeka Egbuka

Dynasty | Bucs wide receiver Emeka Egbuka had four catches for 101 yards and a touchdown in a loss to the Eagles. Dynasty Analysis: He did most of his damage on a 77-yard catch and run that went for his score. Still, dynasty managers won't care much about that as he posted yet another solid dynasty day. With four touchdowns in his first four games, Egbuka has proven to simply be the best wide receiver in the class at this point. A near lineup lock, his ADP continues to skyrocket. He's the real deal, folks.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

James Cook Sep 28 7:13pm CT
    James Cook

Dynasty | Bills running back James Cook had 117 rushing yards, three catches, 18 receiving yards and a touchdown in a win against the Saints. Dynasty Analysis: Cook has now had a rushing touchdown in eight straight games, a record in Buffalo. While there are many variables in fantasy football, Cook scoring seems to be as good a constant as there is. Firmly in the "RB1, set it and forget it" category, Cook continues to just rake up fantasy points. His ADP and ranking still have room to rise and it seems they'll continue to do just that.
