Los Angeles Rams kicker Joshua Karty is a top fantasy option heading into Week 6 against the Baltimore Ravens. The 23-year-old has been merely mediocre this year, ranking as the overall K18 with just 12 extra points and nine field goals. However, he should pad those stats this week against the Ravens, who have struggled on both sides of the ball. Baltimore has surrendered the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing kickers in 2025, putting Karty in a great position to succeed. Just last week against the Ravens, Ka'imi Fairbairn went 5-for-5 on extra points and 3-for-3 on field goals, including one from at least 50 yards out. Karty will be busy on Sunday, giving him top-five upside in Week 6. For what it's worth, RotoBaller has Karty ranked as the #2 overall kicker in fantasy football this week.

Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco will face off against the Detroit Lions in Week 6. Pacheco handled seven carries for 36 yards and caught three passes for 20 yards in their Week 5 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Pacheco once again split carries with Kareem Hunt, and the latter found the endzone twice last week. Rostering Pacheco has been a frustrating task for fantasy managers, even though he's averaged at least 5.0 yards per carry in three games this season. Despite his efficiency, Kansas City has still preferred Hunt in goal-line situations. It won't be easy to trust Pacheco again this week against the Lions, who are the highest-scoring team in the league. The Chiefs have the highest neutral pass rate in the league, and that trend should continue, given their game has a 52.5 O/U, the highest of the week. Pacheco is ranked RB41 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, making him a desperation flex option despite his efficiency on limited touches.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert is not a reliable fantasy option for Week 6 against the Carolina Panthers. While Tolbert experienced a short stint of fantasy relevance with CeeDee Lamb (ankle) sidelined, he has lost significant allure after seemingly being supplanted by Ryan Flournoy. Last week, Tolbert had one target and zero catches on a 77 percent snap share while Flournoy had nine targets, six catches, and 114 yards on a 57 percent snap share. The latter has earned additional snaps going forward, while Tolbert is seemingly no longer a dependable target in Dak Prescott's offense. Tolbert should drop to third on the depth chart this week behind Flournoy and George Pickens, keeping him off the fantasy radar in most leagues. Managers can drop him to waivers and find a different receiver with a more consistent role and greater upside.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Jordan Whittington can be left on waivers in most fantasy leagues ahead of his Week 6 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Whittington has seen a decent workload at times this season, including Week 4 when he played 80 percent of the snaps. However, his production has been modest at best, as he has just seven catches for 89 yards and ranks as the overall WR99 in PPR leagues. Whittington and Atwell have both been off the fantasy radar in their roles behind alpha receivers Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. That should remain the case, despite a favorable matchup against Baltimore. As long as Nacua and Adams are healthy, Whittington and Atwell can be left on waivers.

Pittsburgh Steelers kicker Chris Boswell got off to a hot start this season but cooled off for fantasy purposes with two underwhelming outings before the team's Week 5 bye. He'll look to get back on track against the Cleveland Browns in Week 6. The Browns have held kickers to the ninth-fewest fantasy points per game, as their defense has made it difficult for offenses to sustain drives. Still, it's difficult to imagine the Steelers emerging victorious on Sunday without the help of Boswell's leg. His lone miss this year came on a blocked field goal attempt in Ireland against the Vikings. Fantasy managers can likely find a safer streaming option in a more favorable matchup, but Boswell's ceiling remains among the highest at the position, making him a viable starter in most formats.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua has been excellent this season, and he should continue to produce at a high level against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 6. The 24-year-old has at least 22 fantasy points (PPR) in all five games this season, ranking as the overall WR1 so far. He's on pace for 1,999 receiving yards, putting the NFL's single-season record and 2,000-yard milestone well within reach. From a fantasy perspective, Week 6 offers Nacua a chance to further widen the gap between him and the next-highest-scoring receiver. The star pass catcher gets a favorable matchup against the Ravens, who are banged up on both sides of the ball. Baltimore has surrendered the most receiving touchdowns and third-most fantasy points to wide receivers in 2025. Nacua should be started in every fantasy league.

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth has been underwhelming in his fifth professional season and will look to turn things around against the Cleveland Browns in Week 6. With wide receiver Calvin Austin III (shoulder) sidelined this week, quarterback Aaron Rodgers could target his tight ends more frequently, but it's difficult to predict who will benefit most at the position. Though Freiermuth and Jonnu Smith were expected to be featured in the offense early on, it was Darnell Washington who led the group in snaps in Week 4. Given Cleveland's strong defensive front, the big-bodied Washington could be in line for more opportunities on Sunday, further limiting Freiermuth's fantasy output. Fantasy managers should steer clear of Pittsburgh's tight ends this week, leaving Freiermuth on the waiver wire in most formats.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams is a very strong WR2 option in fantasy football ahead of his Week 6 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Adams has posted at least 13.8 fantasy points (PPR) in each of his last four games, including a touchdown in three of those four. The talented veteran hasn't been quite as dominant as teammate Puka Nacua, but he's still a must-start fantasy receiver, especially with a favorable matchup on tap. This week, Adams faces the Ravens, who are banged up on both sides of the ball. Baltimore has allowed the most touchdowns and third-most fantasy points to wide receivers in 2025. Adams is a top-18 fantasy receiver this week, and a touchdown could vault him into the top 12.

Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears is not a reliable fantasy option heading into Week 6 against the Las Vegas Raiders. Spears returned from injured reserve last weekend, rushing for 14 yards on four carries in his season debut. The 24-year-old played one-quarter of the offensive snaps, and reporting out of Tennessee indicates that the Titans are gradually going to get Spears more involved. Tony Pollard has run well enough in the lead-back role to justify easing Spears into a split backfield, rather than feeding him double-digit touches in his first couple of weeks back. As a result, managers will need to continue expressing patience with the young running back. He's not a reliable fantasy starter this week, while Pollard is headed for a sizable role once again.

Dynasty | The Cowboys have placed running back Miles Sanders on season-ending injured reserve. Dynasty Analysis: He will reportedly have season-ending knee surgery. It's been a disappointing fall from grace for Sanders, who lost any shot at a time-share early this season when Javonte Williams played much better than expected. Things have just not gone as expected since he left the Eagles as Sanders flamed out with the Panthers and struggled with Dallas. He'll look to latch on with a team next year but he's going to be placed on a lot of waiver wires this coming week.

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford will look to build on a strong stretch of games as he takes on the Baltimore Ravens in Week 6. Over his last two games, Stafford has completed 59 passes for 764 yards, six touchdowns, and zero interceptions, ranking as the overall QB1 during that span. The veteran quarterback has shown that he can produce against strong defenses, so his Week 6 matchup against a very poor Ravens defense is all the more exciting. Baltimore has allowed the second-most fantasy points, the third-most passing yards, and the most passing touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks in 2025. They also have just one interception. Seeing Stafford post a third consecutive game with three touchdowns and zero interceptions is not out of the picture. He should be started as a mid-to-low QB1 in fantasy football.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens had only two catches in the Week 5 win over the Jets. While Ryan Flournoy led the way with six receptions (nine targets), Pickens at least had a touchdown, finding the end zone off of a 43-yard pass from Dak Prescott in the third quarter. With CeeDee Lamb (ankle) and KaVontae Turpin (foot) sidelined, Prescott will need others to step up once again in the Week 6 meeting with the Panthers. Although that could mean continued added involvement from Flournoy and Jake Ferguson, who had two touchdowns versus New York, Pickens is still considered the No. 1 option on the depth chart against Carolina, making him worthy of a place in any fantasy lineup.

Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams is gearing up for a very favorable matchup against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 6. Williams is coming off his best game of the year, in which he totaled 65 rushing yards, 66 receiving yards, and two touchdowns on a season-high 91 percent snap share. He has double-digit fantasy points (PPR) in all five games so far, including strong outings against tough defenses like the Eagles and 49ers. His 91 percent snap share indicates that he has a firm grasp on the lead-back role, and he should be able to take advantage of a favorable matchup on Sunday. Baltimore has allowed the sixth-most rushing yards, third-most receptions, and third-most fantasy points to opposing running backs in 2025. As a result, Williams is a mid-range RB1 this week.

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Jonnu Smith turned in three straight games with fewer than five fantasy points before the team's Week 5 bye and will hope to be more involved in a Week 6 bout with the Cleveland Browns. Though the Browns have allowed the 11th-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends, Smith could be an important piece of Pittsburgh's passing attack with wide receiver Calvin Austin III (shoulder) inactive. That said, head coach Mike Tomlin hinted earlier this week at continued usage of fellow tight end Darnell Washington, who out-snapped both Smith and Pat Freiermuth in Week 4. It wouldn't be shocking to see any of the three have a productive outing on Sunday, but fantasy managers can't currently depend on Smith in starting lineups.

Los Angeles Rams running back Blake Corum should continue to be benched in most fantasy football leagues ahead of his Week 6 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. While Corum made a push for more playing time from Weeks 2 to 4, his snap share dropped to a measly nine percent last Thursday night, as he rushed the ball just one time and didn't catch a pass. The most important factor here is Kyren Williams' effectiveness out of the backfield, and he has played quite well, making an impact on the ground and through the air. Williams' 91 percent snap share, 131 scrimmage yards, and two touchdowns last week gave the Rams plenty of reasons to pound the rock with Williams and no desire to get Corum involved. Corum remains a mere handcuff option heading into Week 6 against the Baltimore Ravens, despite Baltimore allowing the third-most fantasy points to opposing running backs.

Dallas Cowboys running back Jaydon Blue logged 11 offensive snaps in the Week 5 win over the New York Jets after not getting any action through the first four weeks. However, despite the increased involvement, the rookie ended Week 5 with only four carries for seven yards. With Miles Sanders (ankle, knee) now done for the remainder of the 2025 campaign, Blue will slide into the No. 2 spot on the depth chart behind Javonte Williams. Without question, Williams has had a fantastic year, meaning he'll likely continue to handle the bulk of the snaps out of the backfield. As a result, Blue shouldn't be much of a factor offensively in Week 6 versus the Panthers, so he can be left out of all fantasy lineups. That probably won't change moving ahead unless Williams goes down with an injury.

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Ben Skowronek (illness) was limited in practice earlier this week but carries no injury designation into a Week 6 showdown with the Cleveland Browns. Although the fifth-year pro has just one reception this season, he could be in line for additional opportunities on Sunday with Calvin Austin III (knee) sidelined. Scotty Miller and Roman Wilson may also step into expanded roles, but Skowronek logged the most snaps of the three in Week 4 before the team's bye. He's also the only one with any meaningful fantasy output this year, taking his lone catch into the end zone for a 22-yard score back in Week 1. With the Browns stifling the run through the first five weeks, quarterback Aaron Rodgers could be forced to throw the ball early and often. Skowronek can't be considered a viable option in most redraft formats, but he does have some sneaky appeal as a deep-league dart throw.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquise Brown will take on the Detroit Lions in Week 6. Brown has been a serviceable fantasy receiver this season, catching at least four passes or a touchdown in every game. In Week 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Brown caught four of his eight targets for 48 yards. The 28-year-old has been a consistent possession receiver for Kansas City, but has lacked the explosive gains that the Chiefs turn to Xavier Worthy and Tyquan Thornton for. Despite not having any blowup games since Week 1, Brown could see a bump in production on Sunday night against Detroit. The Lions are the highest-scoring team in the league, and Kansas City will likely have to pass early and often to stay competitive. Worthy will be the focal point of the offense, but Brown could be a useful chain-mover in Week 6. Brown is ranked WR48 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, making him a deeper league flex option this week.

Tennessee Titans tight end Chig Okonkwo was highly regarded by the fantasy community heading into the season. However, the 26-year-old hasn't lived up to expectations through the first five games of the 2025 campaign, catching 17 passes for 172 yards while failing to find the end zone. To be fair, Cam Ward hasn't played the best, resulting in below-average showings from Okonkwo and Calvin Ridley, among others. With Tennessee looking for a second-straight win, the team will head to Las Vegas for a meeting with the Raiders in Week 6. Although Okonkwo has a better chance of doing something meaningful for managers versus the struggling Raiders, his lack of production makes him hard to trust, even in multi-TE setups.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy will face the Detroit Lions on Sunday night in Week 6. Worthy was listed as a DNP on Thursday after practicing in full on Wednesday, leaving his status for the weekend in doubt heading into Friday. The young receiver then logged a full practice on Friday and does not have an injury designation for Sunday night's game. Worthy had six catches for 42 yards in last week's 28-31 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The speedster led the team in targets but finished fourth in yardage, averaging just 7.0 yards per reception. Worthy has been battling shoulder and ankle injuries, but has still been the team's WR1 in the absence of Rashee Rice. With Rice still suspended until Week 7, Worthy should lead the team in targets against Detroit. The Lions have scored the most points in the league this season, and the Chiefs will need to score often to keep up. In a game with a 52.5 O/U, Worthy should have plenty of opportunities to score fantasy points. Worthy is ranked WR11 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, making him an WR1 this week.
