Roquan Smith Sep 28 6:30pm CT
    Roquan Smith

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring) and cornerback Marlon Humphrey (calf) have been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Kansas City Chiefs. Smith exited during the first half and was initially listed as questionable to return before being downgraded to out. At the time of his departure, he had registered two tackles. Humphrey also picked up his injury in the first half, amassing five tackles before he exited. Both veterans are key members of the Baltimore defense, so their absence will be felt as the clock approaches triple zeroes in Ravens vs. Chiefs.

Jaydon Blue Sep 28 6:20pm CT
    Jaydon Blue

Dallas Cowboys running back Jaydon Blue (coach's decision) is officially inactive for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Green Bay Packers. There was plenty of speculation during the offseason that Blue, a rookie, could ascend into the starting running back role in Dallas. Instead, he has been a healthy scratch for all four games and has not yet made his NFL debut. Javonte Williams has played quite well in his change-of-pace role, while Miles Sanders offers a solid veteran presence and change of pace. Blue should be stashed on your bench or taxi squad in dynasty leagues, but he can be dropped to waivers in redraft formats.

Alvin Kamara Sep 28 6:13pm CT
    Alvin Kamara

New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara rushed 15 times for a team-best 70 yards in Week 4 against the Buffalo Bills, while adding four receptions for two yards on five targets.

Fantasy Spin: Kamara hasn't scored since Week 1, but he has at least 70 totals scrimmage yardage in two of the past three outings. It's tough to be a good running back on a bad team. He remains a pretty solid low-end RB2 in all fantasy, especially in PPR leagues. He has four or more receptions in two of the past three games.

    From TheHuddle

Lamar Jackson Sep 28 6:00pm CT
    Lamar Jackson

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (hamstring) is currently questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Jackson exited the contest late in the third quarter due to a hamstring issue. Cooper Rush has replaced him on the field to begin the final quarter of play. Given the current score, the Ravens are likely going to take the cautious approach and hold Jackson out for the final quarter. If he doesn't return, Jackson will finish his day with 147 passing yards, a touchdown, and interception. He also rushed the ball six times for an additional 48 yards on the ground. Fantasy managers will need to check back for another update on Jackson. If he misses time, Rush figures to start under center for the Week 5 game against the Houston Texans.

Marlon Humphrey Sep 28 5:53pm CT
    Marlon Humphrey

Updating previous reports, Baltimore Ravens LB Roquan Smith (hamstring) and CB Marlon Humphrey (calf) have been ruled out of the Week 4 game because of their injuries.

Lamar Jackson Sep 28 5:53pm CT
    Lamar Jackson

Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury during the Week 4 game and is considered questionable to return.

Fantasy Spin: Fantasy players will need to monitor the situation to see if Jackson will miss any additional time because of the injury. Cooper Rush will be the starter if Jackson misses games and can be a No. 2 quarterback in fantasy leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Ricky Pearsall Sep 28 5:50pm CT
    Ricky Pearsall

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. After hauling in a pass in the third quarter, Pearsall exited to the sideline with a right knee injury. It's worth noting that Pearsall came into this game with a nagging knee injury. Possibly, the second-year wideout aggravated it. Before exiting, Pearsall hauled in four of his five targets for 46 yards. The absence of Pearsall should mean increased roles for Jauan Jennings, Kendrick Bourne, and Jake Tonges.

    From RotoBaller

Jalen Carter Sep 28 5:50pm CT
    Jalen Carter

Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter (shoulder) appears to have picked up an injury during Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Carter reportedly aggravated his shoulder injury during Sunday's victory. He did briefly exit the game in the fourth quarter, but he finished out the contest. The assumption is that Carter will undergo further testing to determine the severity of the injury. For now, Carter should be considered day-to-day until the Eagles give more information. He didn't do much in this game as he finished Sunday's win with one solo tackle. Bryon Young and Za'Darius Smith would be in line for a heavier workload if Carter misses time.

    From RotoBaller

Marlon Humphrey Sep 28 5:43pm CT
    Marlon Humphrey

Baltimore Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey (calf) left the Week 4 game against the Kansas City Chiefs due to a calf injury. He is questionable to return.

    Eric Murray

Jacksonville Jaguars S Eric Murray (neck) left the Week 4 game against the San Francisco 49ers due to a neck injury, and he is considered questionable to return.

    From TheHuddle

Josh Allen Sep 28 5:40pm CT
    Josh Allen

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen didn't have a huge day in terms of passing yardage, but was able to get the job done. Allen completed 16-of-22 passing attempts for 209 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. He also added 45 yards on seven rushing attempts with an additional touchdown on the ground. This was a solid three-score game for Allen as they were able to take down the New Orleans Saints. The Bills offense certainly had troubles at times during this game, but they were able to get the job done. Allen will remain an elite fantasy option for the Week 5 matchup against the New England Patriots.

    From RotoBaller

Bucky Irving Sep 28 5:30pm CT
    Bucky Irving

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving was all over the field during Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Irving rushed the ball 15 times for 63 yards, which gives him three straight games with 60 rushing yards or more. His biggest contribution came as a receiver this weekend. Irving hauled in five receptions for 102 yards and a touchdown in the loss. The second-year back got a majority of that yardage on a 72-yard catch-and-run in the third quarter. Irving continues to be a big part of both the rushing and receiving game in Tampa Bay. He'll continue to be a solid RB1 for the Week 5 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.

    From RotoBaller

David Montgomery Sep 28 5:23pm CT
    David Montgomery

Detroit Lions RB David Montgomery rushed nine times for just 12 yards in Week 4 against the Cleveland Browns, while going without a reception on a lone target.

Fantasy Spin: After the gigantic performance against the Baltimore Ravens on Monday night, fantasy manager knew Montgomery was going to have a regression with the tough matchup against Cleveland, but wow. He remains a tremendous low-end RB2 or flex fantasy option in all leagues despite the stinker. He'll look to bounce back in Week 5 at Cincinnati in a much more favorable matchup.

    From TheHuddle

    Amon-Ra St. Brown Sep 28 5:23pm CT
    Amon-Ra St. Brown

Detroit Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown posted seven receptions for 70 yards and two touchdowns on seven targets in Week 4 against the Cleveland Browns.

Fantasy Spin: St. Brown has at least one receiving score in each of the past three games, totaling six touchdowns with at least 70 yards in each of the outings. He remains a top fantasy receiver in all leagues. He'll look to extend his scoring streak to four straight outings in Week 5 at Cincinnati.

    From TheHuddle

Woody Marks Sep 28 5:20pm CT
    Woody Marks

Houston Texans rookie running back Woody Marks had a huge game versus the Tennessee Titans in Week 4. Marks has been watching his role increase each week, but got a huge opportunity this weekend. The rookie back rushed 17 times for 69 yards and a touchdown on the ground. He wasn't finished there as he hauled in four of his five targets for 50 yards and another score. This was an awesome performance by Marks, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect this every week. Marks figures to continue splitting up the backfield duties with Nick Chubb. The rookie back is certainly worth rostering after this performance, but his ceiling is limited at the moment.

    From RotoBaller

Jared Goff Sep 28 5:13pm CT
    Jared Goff

Detroit Lions QB Jared Goff completed 16-of-27 passes for 168 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Week 4 against the Cleveland Browns, and he did not have a rushing attempt.

Fantasy Spin: On a positive note, it was his second time posting multiple touchdown strikes, but he has thrown for 225 or fewer yards in three of his four games. Still, he should be treated as a low-end QB1 in most fantasy leagues for his potential, especially as long as Amon-Ra St. Brown and Sam LaPorta remain healthy.

    From TheHuddle

David Njoku Sep 28 5:03pm CT
    David Njoku

Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku posted two receptions for just 11 yards on three targets in Week 4 against the Detroit Lions.

Fantasy Spin: Njoku was limited to just three targets, while rookie Harold Fannin Jr. had six targets, two catches for 24 yards and a rushing attempt. It appears Fannin has surpassed Njoku on the depth chart, crushing Chief's fantasy appeal. He was previously a low-end TE1 in most leagues, but right now Njoku looks more like a low-end TE2 in most leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Zach Ertz Sep 28 5:03pm CT
    Zach Ertz

Washington Commanders TE Zach Ertz caught two passes for 21 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 4. He was targeted four times during the game.

Fantasy Spin: Ertz was not able to find a good connection with Marcus Mariota, which led to his lowest totals of the season. He should still see a handful of targets next week against the Los Angeles Chargers and can be a low-end No. 1 tight end in a number of leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Roquan Smith Sep 28 5:00pm CT
    Roquan Smith

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring) exited during the first half of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Kansas City Chiefs. He is officially questionable to return. At the time of his departure, he had registered two tackles. The veteran is a key member of the Ravens' defense, so his absence will be felt as Baltimore attempts to fend off a very strong Chiefs offense. Trenton Simpson and Jay Higgins should earn more snaps in Smith's absence.
