Instead, Corum is best viewed as a handcuff, which means he can be stashed on the bench in leagues with at least 12 teams. Most of his value comes from the points he'd score if Williams ever missed time due to injury, though he could eventually carve out a little bit of standalone value here and there. Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce takes on the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday in Week 4. Kelce finished second on the team in targets last week but finished with four catches for just 26 yards. It is clear to see that the veteran tight end is past his prime, but he's still a top-12 tight end for the season. Kelce will look to make an impact this week against the Ravens, who've allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this season. The 35-year-old should still be a viable fantasy option due to his level of utilization in the Chiefs offense. Kelce has run the seventh-most routes and earned the 10th-most targets among tight ends this season. Kelce is ranked TE8 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, making him a mid-range TE1 this week.

New York Giants tight end Theo Johnson is a fantasy non-factor who should remain on waiver wires, but he has a slight chance to gain relevance with a rookie quarterback making his first start. Johnson has been unproductive through three weeks, ranking as the TE42 while averaging a mere 2.63 fantasy points per game on just 10 total targets, despite a high 77.4% snap share. The primary hope is that rookie QB Jaxson Dart leans on him as a security blanket, which could finally boost his target share against a defense allowing the second-most passing yards. The modest Kansas City run game duo has failed to produce a rush over 11 yards in 48 combined carries this season. Pacheco has not looked the same since returning from his fibula fracture last season, and he'll need to improve his play before the Chiefs decide to make substantial changes to the run game. The good news is that Pacheco has the easiest matchup for running backs this week, the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season, and Pacheco could benefit from this advantageous matchup. Pacheco is ranked RB36 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, putting two spots behind Hunt and on the edge of RB3/Flex range. This could be a make-or-break week for Pacheco's role moving forward, so it will be interesting to see what he can do.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin has certainly taken a step forward during his second pro season, but he still isn't a very reliable fantasy option heading into Week 4 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Franklin broke out with eight catches and a touchdown in Week 2, but in his two other games, he averaged just three catches, 26 yards, and zero touchdowns. Without consistent production, the Oregon product ranks as a low-end WR4 and is a bit too risky to insert into lineups. That's especially true this week against the Cincinnati Bengals. While Cincinnati is limping right now with Joe Burrow (toe) sidelined, they've been solid against the pass, whether it's due to good defensive play or Cincinnati's opponents routinely running the ball with a sizable lead. The Bengals have allowed the 13th-fewest receiving yards and fifth-fewest touchdowns to wide receivers in 2025. Franklin can be left on the bench in most leagues.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. can be avoided in most fantasy leagues ahead of his Week 4 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. Mims was a candidate to have a breakout season this year, but that hasn't come to fruition so far, as he has just six catches, 40 yards, and a touchdown. Tennessee Titans tight end Chig Okonkwo remains a consistent target for quarterback Cameron Ward heading into a Week 4 matchup against the Houston Texans. Okonkwo has 12 targets and nine catches over his last two games, ranking as the overall TE9 in PPR leagues during that span. The Maryland product is both a reliable outlet for Ward and a strong candidate to pick up extra yards after the catch. He's less appealing around the goal line, as he hasn't scored a touchdown this season and has just six scores through 54 career games. Nevertheless, he has shown that he can have some low-end fantasy value even when he's not breaking into the end zone. That should remain the case this week against the Texans, who have ranked near the middle of the league with the 14th-most receptions and 13th-fewest fantasy points allowed to tight ends. Okonkwo is a top-18 fantasy tight end with top-12 upside.
