Darius Slayton Sep 29 9:30am CT
    Darius Slayton

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton recorded three catches for 44 yards on four targets in his team's 21-18 Week 4 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Slayton has just nine catches for 135 yards on 12 targets so far in 2025, but he's likely to see a major uptick in target volume with star Giants wideout Malik Nabers (knee) likely out for the remainder of the season with what could be a torn ACL. In the two games Nabers missed in 2024, Slayton recorded 14 catches for 179 yards and a touchdown on 22 targets. Giants wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson should also see more work in the passing game, but Slayton is the more explosive downfield threat. Slayton should be added in all fantasy leagues with 12 or more teams ahead of a favorable Week 5 matchup against the New Orleans Saints.

Joe Flacco Sep 29 9:20am CT
    Joe Flacco

Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said, "That's not our focus," when asked about quarterback Joe Flacco's performance following the team's Week 4 loss to the Detroit Lions, per Myles Simmons of Pro Football Talk. Flacco struggled against Detroit, completing 16 of 34 pass attempts for 184 yards, zero touchdowns, and two interceptions. The 40-year-old has now thrown for 815 yards, two touchdowns, and six picks through his first four games of 2025. Rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel came in for Flacco in garbage time on Sunday, but attempted just one pass (an incompletion). It appears Stefanski and the Browns are not yet interested in making the switch to Gabriel or fellow rookie signal-caller, Shedeur Sanders. Flacco should remain off of fantasy radars, even in two-quarterback formats.

Chris Rodriguez Jr. Sep 29 9:20am CT
    Chris Rodriguez Jr.

Washington Commanders running back Chris Rodriguez Jr. recorded seven carries for 59 yards in his team's 34-27 Week 4 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Rodriguez Jr. has now recorded 18 carries for 98 yards in the two games since Washington lost veteran back Austin Ekeler (Achilles) to a torn Achilles tendon. The Commanders' backfield appears to be a three-way split between Rodriguez Jr., Jacory Croskey-Merritt, and Jeremy McNichols. All three backs have limited fantasy appeal while they are splitting touches. Still, Rodriguez Jr. should be rostered in all leagues of 12 or more teams, as he has a chance to eventually emerge as the clear early-down workhorse in Washington.

Darnell Mooney Sep 29 9:00am CT
    Darnell Mooney

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury Sunday in Atlanta's win. Still, with the bye coming up, he likely doesn't have to miss any games, sources say. Mooney exited Sunday's contest in the third quarter and had just one catch (on one target) for 15 yards. The Falcons have a bye week approaching in Week 5, which allows for an extra week of recovery for Mooney as the Falcons prepare to host the Buffalo Bills in Week 6. If Mooney were to miss any time, Ray-Ray McCloud, Casey Washington, David Sills, and Jamal Agnew would likely step up in Mooney's absence, although none of them should be on fantasy managers' radar at this point. Thus far this season, Mooney has disappointed a bit, with only 79 receiving yards and seven receptions in three games played.

Luke McCaffrey Sep 29 8:50am CT
    Luke McCaffrey

Washington Commanders wide receiver Luke McCaffrey caught two of his three targets for 21 yards and a touchdown while adding six kick returns for 199 yards in the Washington Commanders' 34-27 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Luke McCaffrey's five-yard touchdown catch in the second quarter gave him his second straight game with a score. He was also excellent on special teams, helping the Commanders get good field position with his 199 return yards. Although his involvement with the offense is somewhat limited based on opportunities, he is making enough splash plays when given the chance to continue to be on the radar for the waiver wire in deeper leagues, especially while Terry McLaurin (quad) is out. Up next for the Commanders in Week 5 is a date with the Los Angeles Chargers, who just lost to the New York Giants in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Jalen Tolbert Sep 29 8:40am CT
    Jalen Tolbert

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert was third on the team in targets on Sunday night against the Green Bay Packers with 6, behind Jake Ferguson (seven) and George Pickens (11). The increase in volume is due to CeeDee Lamb (ankle), who was sidelined. Most of Tolbert's yardage came on a 34-yard pass from Dak Prescott in overtime, which proved to be a massive play in helping the Cowboys take a three-point lead in overtime. The catch was phenomenal, as it had a completion probability of 7.2 percent, the second-most improbable completion in the NGS era, according to Next Gen Stats. All that aside, with Lamb likely missing another few weeks, Tolbert should continue to be in line for more opportunities for targets in Week 5 against the New York Jets, giving him WR3 value heading into Week and a decent waiver wire grab in deeper leagues.

Romeo Doubs Sep 29 8:30am CT
    Romeo Doubs

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs had himself a career night in Week 4 against the Dallas Cowboys. For the first time in his career, he scored three times, all from inside the red zone, in the Packers' 40-40 tie against the Dallas Cowboys. In addition to the three scores, he saw a team-high eight targets and hauled in six of them for 58 yards. All three of his touchdowns came from inside the red zone, 15, one, and two yards out. While it was a career night for Doubs, the combination of target competition and Green Bay's preference to run a balanced offense makes him an unreliable fantasy option every week. However, if available, Doubs should certainly be picked up as bye weeks are beginning in Week 5, and fantasy managers will have to find themselves inserting bench players or players off the waiver wire to fill in the gaps. In Week 5, the Packers have a bye before hosting the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 6.

    From RotoBaller

Kenneth Gainwell Sep 29 8:20am CT
    Kenneth Gainwell

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Kenneth Gainwell was inserted into the number one running back role when Jaylen Warren (knee) was a late scratch from Sunday's contest against the Minnesota Vikings in Dublin, the capital and largest city of Ireland. Gainwell tallied 99 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries in the Steelers' 24-21 win over the Vikings. He also caught all six of his targets for 35 yards and scored from one and four yards out. Gainwell has solidified himself as the team's clear-cut number two back, and will be a hot waiver-wire pickup this week if he wasn't already rostered. With the Steelers heading into their Week 5 bye week, Warren may likely recover and return in Week 6 as the primary back for the Steelers; however, based on the way that Gainwell played on Sunday, it's likely he gets more involved down the stretch.

Dak Prescott Sep 29 1:23am CT
    Dak Prescott

Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott connected on 31 of his 40 pass attempts for 319 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions in Week 4 versus the Green Bay Packers. Prescott also ran for a two-yard touchdown.

Fantasy Spin: Against the top-ranked scoring defense in the NFL entering Week 4, Prescott started slowly but caught fire before halftime, leading the Cowboys to 40 points for the second time in the last three games. He didn't take many shots downfield, but getting the ball out quickly neutralized Green Bay's pass rush, and he kept Dallas ahead of the sticks. That he did it without CeeDee Lamb (ankle) made it all the more impressive. Prescott is a borderline QB1 with some nice matchups on the horizon.

    From TheHuddle

Tutu Atwell Sep 29 12:20am CT
    Tutu Atwell

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell caught one of his two targets during Sunday's Week 4 win over the Indianapolis Colts, delivering an enormous 88-yard touchdown that proved to be the game-winning play. As soon as Atwell got loose, there was no looking back, as he took off for the end zone and gave Los Angeles the victory. While this will show up in game logs as one of the top performances this week, fantasy managers should be cautious about rushing to grab Atwell off the waiver wire. He still has just two catches through four games this year, and his "boom or bust" status typically results in more bust than boom. We need to see a little more consistency from Atwell before discussing him as a fantasy-relevant receiver.

    From RotoBaller

Puka Nacua Sep 29 12:10am CT
    Puka Nacua

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua (thumb) told the media that he "got rolled up on one of the run plays" during Sunday's Week 4 win over the Indianapolis Colts. He was taken to the locker room and underwent X-rays, but when those tests came back clean, he returned to the game and played the rest of the contest. He finished on a strong note, wrapping up the victory with 15 targets, 13 catches, 170 yards, and one touchdown. The 24-year-old further solidified himself as the highest-scoring receiver in fantasy football, as he now has 15 more points (PPR) than the next-highest scorer, Amon-Ra St. Brown. Managers will want to monitor updates on Nacua's thumb going forward, but the fact that he was able to finish the game Sunday is a good sign for his status against the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday Night Football in Week 4.

    From RotoBaller

Jordan Love Sep 29 12:00am CT
    Jordan Love

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love completed 31 of 43 pass attempts for 337 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 4 tie with the Dallas Cowboys. He also rushed for 28 yards, took one sack, and lost a fumble. The 26-year-old bounced back from last week's ugly loss against Cleveland and turned in his best fantasy outing of the young season. He spread the ball around well, dispersing four-plus targets to seven different receivers and three-plus catches to six different receivers. Love heads into a bye week before facing off against a very poor Cincinnati Bengals defense in Week 6. He's a low-end fantasy QB1 moving forward.

    From RotoBaller

George Pickens Sep 28 11:50pm CT
    George Pickens

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens caught eight of his 11 targets for 134 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's Week 4 tie with the Green Bay Packers. He had one of the better single-game performances for a wide receiver this season and ranks fifth among receivers in fantasy points through four weeks. His increased productivity this week was a direct product of the Cowboys operating without CeeDee Lamb (ankle), who is in the early stages of a multi-week absence. Pickens will remain the top receiver in Dallas for the foreseeable future, which means he should continue to be viewed as a high-end WR2 with WR1 upside. He'll look to overcome a tough matchup against New York Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner next week.

    From RotoBaller

Dak Prescott Sep 28 11:40pm CT
    Dak Prescott

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott completed 31 of 40 passes for 319 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 4 tie with the Green Bay Packers. He also took one sack and added a two-yard rushing touchdown. The veteran took to the national stage and put together his best game of the season. Even with CeeDee Lamb (ankle) sidelined, Prescott was able to distribute the ball to the rest of his receivers, move the offense down the field, and play clean, turnover-free football. He now ranks seventh among quarterbacks in terms of fantasy scoring this season, keeping him in the top-12 conversation for Week 5 against the New York Jets.

    From RotoBaller

Josh Jacobs Sep 28 11:30pm CT
    Josh Jacobs

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs rushed for 86 yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries during Sunday's Week 4 tie with the Dallas Cowboys. He also caught all four of his targets for an additional 71 receiving yards. Jacobs briefly exited with an injury but was on the field for most of the game, keeping the score close and ultimately helping the Packers get in position to tie the game as overtime ended. He now has the sixth-most fantasy points among running backs and will continue to rank as a fringe RB1 on the other side of Green Bay's bye week.

Cam Skattebo Sep 28 11:28pm CT
    Cam Skattebo

Dynasty | Giants rookie running back Cam Skattebo had 79 rushing yards, two catches, and 11 receiving yards in a win against the Chargers. Dynasty Analysis: As expected, Skattebo took over as the lead back after Tyrone Tracy was injured last week. He was efficient on the ground and nearly had a touchdown on the day. While the counting stats won't look dominant, he only gave up seven carries to Devin Singletary while having a massive 25 of his own. The opportunity to buy on Skattebo has likely closed.

Puka Nacua Sep 28 11:27pm CT
    Puka Nacua

Dynasty | Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua caught 13 passes for 170 yards with one touchdown in a win against Dynasty Analysis: It's starting to look like Nacua's rookie season as he just seems unstoppable. Matthew Stafford threw for 375 tards and three touchdowns on the day and his vintage performance was clearly helped by the dominance of Nacua. While Davante Adams has clearly given him a solid partner, Adams is Robin and Nacua is Batman, Superman, Aquaman, Thor and whoever else you want to put on the top line. He's looking like a candidate to be the overall WR1 this year and any opportunity to buy on him has clearly passed.

Adonai Mitchell Sep 28 11:27pm CT
    Adonai Mitchell

Dynasty | Colts receiver Adonai Mitchell had three catches for 96 yards in a loss to the Raiders. Dynasty Analysis: It was a great day from a statistical perspective. However, Mitchell also dropped a would-be touchdown at the one yard line as he celebrated early and was also called for a holding penalty on a Jonathan Taylor touchdown run. In the end, his 12.6 fantasy points mean very little as he likely cost his own team 14 real points on the scoreboard. In short, this was a nightmare for Mitchell. He'll look to bounce back but this was a total mess. He remains a hold in dynasty leagues and not a strong one at the moment.

Patrick Mahomes Sep 28 11:13pm CT
    Patrick Mahomes

Dynasty | Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes completed 25-of-37 passes for 270 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions in a win against Baltimore. Dynasty Analysis: This was about as vintage a performance as you could ever hope for as Mahomes tossed four touchdowns to four different receivers. Anyone who has stuck with him was clearly rewarded with today's effort but it's hard to say if he can really sustain this moving forward. Still, with Rashee Rice on his way back, this was a huge step forward for Mahomes, who was sitting clearly at the low-end of the QB1 rankings.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Ashton Jeanty Sep 28 11:13pm CT
    Ashton Jeanty

Dynasty | Raiders rookie running back Ashton Jeanty rushed for 138 yards with two catches for 17 yards and three touchdowns in a loss to the Bears. Dynasty Analysis: Finally. After three mediocre weeks, Jeanty finally busted out in a big way with a monster week four. After averaging more nearly seven yards per carry and nine yards per catch, Jeanty finally made good on the promise made for dynasty managers when they took him as the 1.01 this year. He's not out of the woods yet, but today's effort likely puts him back on top of Emeka Egbuka as this year's top rookie. If anyone sold low, today likely hurts.
