Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco will take on the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday in Week 4. Pacheco handled 10 carries for 45 yards and one catch for three yards in the 22-9 win over the New York Giants last week. The 26-year-old had a modest 4.5 yards per carry in the contest, but has only averaged 3.7 yards per carry on the season. Pacheco and Kareem Hunt have split the Chiefs backfield evenly this season, but neither back has pulled away as a favorite to handle more work. The modest Kansas City run game duo has failed to produce a rush over 11 yards in 48 combined carries this season. Pacheco has not looked the same since returning from his fibula fracture last season, and he'll need to improve his play before the Chiefs decide to make substantial changes to the run game. The good news is that Pacheco has the easiest matchup for running backs this week, the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season, and Pacheco could benefit from this advantageous matchup. Pacheco is ranked RB36 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, putting two spots behind Hunt and on the edge of RB3/Flex range. This could be a make-or-break week for Pacheco's role moving forward, so it will be interesting to see what he can do.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin has certainly taken a step forward during his second pro season, but he still isn't a very reliable fantasy option heading into Week 4 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Franklin broke out with eight catches and a touchdown in Week 2, but in his two other games, he averaged just three catches, 26 yards, and zero touchdowns. Without consistent production, the Oregon product ranks as a low-end WR4 and is a bit too risky to insert into lineups. That's especially true this week against the Cincinnati Bengals. While Cincinnati is limping right now with Joe Burrow (toe) sidelined, they've been solid against the pass, whether it's due to good defensive play or Cincinnati's opponents routinely running the ball with a sizable lead. The Bengals have allowed the 13th-fewest receiving yards and fifth-fewest touchdowns to wide receivers in 2025. Franklin can be left on the bench in most leagues.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. can be avoided in most fantasy leagues ahead of his Week 4 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. Mims was a candidate to have a breakout season this year, but that hasn't come to fruition so far, as he has just six catches, 40 yards, and a touchdown. He ranks as the overall WR84 and can be dropped in most redraft formats at this point. This week's matchup likely won't do him any favors, either, as the Bengals have allowed the 13th-fewest receiving yards and fifth-fewest touchdowns to opposing wide receivers. Even teammate Troy Franklin has quieted down a little bit, leaving Courtland Sutton as the only Broncos pass catcher who can be started with confidence.

Tennessee Titans tight end Chig Okonkwo remains a consistent target for quarterback Cameron Ward heading into a Week 4 matchup against the Houston Texans. Okonkwo has 12 targets and nine catches over his last two games, ranking as the overall TE9 in PPR leagues during that span. The Maryland product is both a reliable outlet for Ward and a strong candidate to pick up extra yards after the catch. He's less appealing around the goal line, as he hasn't scored a touchdown this season and has just six scores through 54 career games. Nevertheless, he has shown that he can have some low-end fantasy value even when he's not breaking into the end zone. That should remain the case this week against the Texans, who have ranked near the middle of the league with the 14th-most receptions and 13th-fewest fantasy points allowed to tight ends. Okonkwo is a top-18 fantasy tight end with top-12 upside.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Elic Ayomanor has emerged as one of quarterback Cameron Ward's favorite targets, as well as a top scoring option within the team's offense. This bodes well for his fantasy outlook ahead of a Week 4 divisional battle against the Houston Texans. Ayomanor now has eight catches and two touchdowns over his last two games, ranking as the overall WR19 in PPR leagues during that span. While we can't count on Ayomanor to score a touchdown every week, and therefore should not view him as a top-24 fantasy receiver, he is still on the radar as a potential starter in leagues with at least 12 teams. That's especially true as Calvin Ridley continues to struggle; the 30-year-old has 21 targets but just eight catches, ranking as the overall WR71. Ayomanor is arguably the top target in the Titans' offense, and an anticipated negative game script suggests that he should command at least five or six targets this weekend. He's an intriguing WR3/flex option, especially against a Texans defense allowing the seventh-most catches and receiving yards to wide receivers in 2025.

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London drew a healthy eight targets in Week 3, turning them into five catches for 55 yards. The fourth-year wideout continues to be an integral part of the team's passing attack, but unfortunately, quarterback Michael Penix Jr. has yet to throw a touchdown to any of his wide receivers so far this year. That could changein Week 4 against a Washington defense that just allowed three receiving touchdowns last week, and a defense that has been tougher against the run. London will continueto be involved, leading the team with a 26 percent target share in 2025, and the 6-foot-4 receiver has seen his aDOT grow from 6.94 after the first two games to 8.63 after Week 3. The 24-year-old looks like a low-end WR1 this week, but could finish higher if he finally finds the end zone.

Tennessee Titans running back Julius Chestnut is not a reliable fantasy option heading into Week 4, despite his role as the direct backup to Tony Pollard. There are several reasons why fantasy managers should leave Chestnut on waivers. First of all, the Titans' offense is one of the worst in the league, so rushing opportunities aren't exactly easy to come by. Even when Tennessee does run the ball, it's difficult to carve out major yardage in this uninspiring offense. Additionally, they are facing the Houston Texans, who have allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to running backs in 2025. Finally, he's stuck behind Tony Pollard, whose 90 percent snap share is the most among all running backs in the NFL. In other words, nobody hogs running back snaps as much as Pollard, so it's hard to envision Chestnut getting on the field very often. For now, he's off the fantasy radar and would only become relevant if Pollard misses time. However, the veteran could slip even further down the depth chart if Tyjae Spears (ankle) is activated soon.

Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt will take on the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday in Week 4. Hunt handled 10 carries for 34 yards and a touchdown as well as one catch for 10 yards in last week's 22-9 win over the New York Giants. Hunt has continued to receive a nearly identical workload to Isiah Pacheco, but Hunt has averaged two more PPR points per game this season. The 29-year-old has been the preferred back on passing downs and short-yardage situations, putting him in position to catch passes and score goal-line touchdowns. Hunt has been inefficient on the ground, averaging just 3.5 yards per carry, but he could improve that average this week against Baltimore. The Ravens have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season, making this the most advantageous matchup at the position. The Ravens also have the highest scoring offense this season, which should put the Chiefs in more passing situations. Hunt is ranked RB34 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, putting him two spots ahead of Pacheco and in the RB3/Flex conversation. If Hunt can catch multiple passes and handle goal-line touches again, he could finish the week with double-digit fantasy points.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Tyler Lockett has had a miserable year so far. After a stellar tenure with the Seattle Seahawks, the wideout has only six grabs (eight targets) for 46 yards in his first three games as a Titan. Granted, he's older, which won't help anyone's ceiling. However, outside of that, quarterback Cam Ward hasn't played the best, with the rookie throwing for only 506 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception while completing 54.5% of his throws. Lockett has logged 103 offensive snaps, third on the team at the position behind Elic Ayomanor and Calvin Ridley. With that in mind, it's hard to imagine the 32-year-old will turn things around even if Ward gets his act together, especially with Ridley, Ayomanor, and Chig Okonkwo all looking for targets. Keep Lockett sitting in Week 4 against the Houston Texans.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley hasn't played well this season. Through the first three weeks, the wideout has only eight catches (21 targets) for 111 yards. He also hasn't scored a touchdown. To be fair, quarterback Cam Ward (ankle, calf) has played poorly, with the rookie throwing for 506 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception while completing only 54.5% of his attempts. It's unknown how long it will take ward to find his footing at the professional level. However, as long as the signal-caller continues to struggle, Ridley may not be the best option for any fantasy lineup in Week 4 versus the Houston Texans and beyond. The risk will remain moving forward until Ward proves he can get it together.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton is coming off a six-catch, 118-yard, one-touchdown effort in the Week 3 loss to the Chargers. He currently leads the team in receiving yards (185), receiving touchdowns (two), and targets (21). Although some believed Troy Franklin was making his case to become the top wideout on the depth chart after catching eight passes for 89 yards and a touchdown in Week 2 versus the Colts, he fizzled against Los Angeles. With that in mind, Sutton should remain quarterback Bo Nix's go-to receiving option, even with Evan Engram (back) expected to return for the Monday night meeting with the Bengals. While Sutton will presumably have some off weeks moving forward, especially with Nix having production issues, he can continue to be viewed as a starting option in any fantasy format in Week 4.

Detroit Lions rookie wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa recorded two catches for 42 yards and a touchdown across his first two NFL games, but he was held catchless in Week 3 against the Baltimore Ravens. The 24-year-old also played just 21% of the Lions' offensive snaps after playing 29% in Week 2. TeSlaa is a talented ball-winner with some season-long upside, but he simply does not have a big enough role in Detroit's offense right now to be fantasy relevant. TeSlaa remains a stash candidate in deep leagues, but he should not be started in Week 4 against the Cleveland Browns.

Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson has begun the season with three straight games with at least 100 yards from scrimmage, and given his involvement in the passing game, he's got one of the highest floors of any running back in the league. In addition to his 239 yards rushing, the 5-foot-11 back has 14 catches on 18 targets with 164 yards receiving thus far, with his lone touchdown coming through the air as well. Week 4 brings a home matchup against a Washington defense that has been good against the run, yielding only 100.7 rush yards per game and has allowed just one touchdown via the rush. Still, even if Atlanta takes to the air, Robinson will be a key piece, owning a solid 17.31 percent target share. After scoring 14 touchdowns on the ground last season, expect the 23-year-old to get in on the ground sooner rather than later in 2025, perhaps as soon as this Sunday. The former eighth-overall draft pick is locked in as a top option at running back, and that includes this week against the Commanders.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Kalif Raymond has recorded four catches for 34 yards on six targets through his first three games of 2025. The 31-year-old does most of his damage at this point in his career on special teams, where he is Detroit's primary punt returner. Raymond has played at least 49% of Detroit's offensive snaps in each of the team's three games so far, but he's buried on the target pecking order behind wide receivers Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams, tight end Sam LaPorta, and running back Jahmyr Gibbs. Raymond should remain off the radar of fantasy managers heading into a tough matchup in Week 4 against the Cleveland Browns.

Detroit Lions kicker Jake Bates has made just four out of six field goal tries so far this season, but one of his misses was from 67 yards out. Perhaps most importantly for his fantasy outlook, Bates is currently leading the NFL in extra-point attempts and makes (13) for the second-straight season. Detroit faces a difficult matchup in the Cleveland Browns in Week 4, who have been one of the NFL's best defenses so far in 2025. That could lead to more field goal opportunities for Bates if the Lions have some success moving the ball, but the Browns can hold them out of the end zone. Bates also gets the advantage this week of playing an indoor home game at Ford Field. Heading into Week 4, Bates profiles as a high-end starting fantasy kicker.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown is off to a stellar start to the 2025 season, recording 20 catches for 237 yards and four touchdowns through his first three games. St. Brown has been targeted a team-high 25 times and is the clear number one option in Detroit's passing game. The Lions offense has a difficult matchup in Week 4 against the Cleveland Browns, who have allowed the fifth-fewest passing yards (521) in the NFL so far. However, St. Brown is a receiver who can win in the short and intermediate areas, so he could still see a high target volume even in the Lions' struggle to push the ball downfield. St. Brown is a must-start fantasy wide receiver in Week 4.

Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix has had his share of ups and downs through the first three weeks of the season. He threw two interceptions and completed only 62.5% of his attempts in the Week 1 win over the Titans. While the signal-caller played much better in Week 2, his efforts weren't enough to lead Denver to another win. Most recently in Week 3 versus the Los Angeles Chargers, Nix would finish that one by tossing for 153 yards and one touchdown off a rough 14-for-25 passing (56.0%). Without question, he hasn't been the most reliable fantasy quarterback. Although Nix has a chance to get it together on Monday night against the Bengals, a team that could be without Shemar Stewart (ankle) and Cam Taylor-Britt (hamstring), fantasy managers in single-QB setups will still be rolling the dice by starting him. On the other hand, Nix should still find a home in Superflex lineups, especially with so many ailing quarterbacks around the National Football League.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams has struggled to be a consistent target-earner early in the 2025 season. Through his first three games, Williams ranks fourth on the Lions in targets (12) and has recorded eight catches for 171 yards and a touchdown. The 24-year-old is leading the league in yards per reception (21.8) and remains an explosive big-play threat, but his lack of target volume makes him difficult for fantasy managers to trust. Williams and the Lions face a difficult matchup in Week 4 against the Cleveland Browns, who have allowed the fifth-fewest passing yards (521) in the NFL so far this year. As such, it may be difficult for Lions quarterback Jared Goff to find Williams on the deep-ball targets that Williams is reliant on for fantasy production. In Week 4, Williams profiles as a boom/bust WR3/flex option for fantasy managers.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquise Brown was listed on the injury report with an ankle injury, but practiced fully all week and does not have an injury designation for Sunday's matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Brown was still the suspected WR1 heading into last week's game against the New York Giants after leading the team in targets through the first two weeks, but it didn't result in great fantasy production. The Chiefs speedster finished the game with a respectable four catches for 42 yards on six targets. Brown's target share should diminish this week with the return of Xavier Worthy. The positive news is that the Chiefs are facing the Ravens, who have been the highest scoring offense through the first three weeks. Baltimore has been middle-of-the-pack in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers this season, but the Chiefs are second in the league in pass rate over expectation, so the points they score should come through the air. Patrick Mahomes tends to spread the ball around, with four receivers with at least four catches last week, but there should be plenty of opportunities for Brown to make his mark. Brown is ranked WR41 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, making him a WR3/Flex option this week.

Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery was one of the stars of his team's Week 3 win over the Baltimore Ravens, rushing for 151 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries. The 28-year-old has now recorded 233 yards and three touchdowns on 34 carries through his first three games of 2025. Montgomery gets a brutal matchup in Week 4 against the Cleveland Browns, who have allowed the fewest rushing yards (172) in the NFL so far and just one rushing touchdown. Even with the big game in Week 3, Montgomery is averaging just 13.3 touches per contest and remains highly dependent on touchdowns for fantasy production. The Lions have a potent offense, but this may be a difficult week for them against the Browns. In Week 4, Montgomery profiles as a low-end fantasy RB3/flex option.
