Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs looks to maintain his robust role and bring the production along as the Packers host the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 6. While the volume and workload for Jacobs are certainly strong, the per-rush output for Jacobs is certainly concerning. Jacobs only has 266 rushing yards this season on 80 carries for a 3.3 yards per carry mark. That's one of the lowest in the league among qualified running backs. He's buoyed that inefficiency with four rushing touchdowns and 10 receptions for 115 yards in the receiving game. If there's a game to get Jacobs' efficiency going, it's this week against the Bengals. Cincinnati has allowed 122.6 rushing yards to opposing rushers, which is tied for third-worst in the NFL. Additionally, they've also allowed the most fantasy points per game (26.8) to backfields this season. Lock in Jacobs as a top running back for fantasy this week in a great matchup.

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Calvin Austin III (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns, according to Brooke Pryor of ESPN. Austin was unable to practice for the third straight day on Friday and will need more time to recover from his shoulder injury that he suffered in their Week 4 win over the Vikings. The 26-year-old has been productive when he's played this season, catching 10 of 17 targets for 139 yards and two touchdowns in four games. The Steelers' offense has struggled in the early part of the season, and puts D.K. Metcalf as the only wide receiver worth starting against Cleveland in Week 6.

Green Bay Packers running back Emanuel Wilson should be a bit involved in the Packers' offense as the backup running back when Green Bay faces off against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 6. In Week 4, before the team's bye last week, Wilson was more involved in the offense than usual, with eight carries for 44 yards. Wilson also factored in the passing game, catching 3-of-3 targets for 37 yards. Make no mistake, Wilson is firmly behind Jacobs in the pecking order of Packers' running backs, but Wilson continues to widen the gap between himself and Chris Brooks, who is barely involved in the Packers' normal offense. Wilson would get the first crack at meaningful touches in this strong Packers' offense if Jacobs were to go down, but you're not starting Wilson in fantasy football this week against the Bengals.

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren (knee) has now logged a full week of practice without limitation and carries no injury status into the team's Week 6 matchup with the Browns. Warren was a surprise inactive for the Steelers' Week 4 win over the Vikings in Dublin, but has since had a bye week and this full week of practice to get back on track. While Kenneth Gainwell had a week-winning performance in his stead, expect Warren to reclaim most of the team's early down and passing work, putting him right back into play as a safe-floor RB2/flex option, especially in PPR formats.

New England Patriots rookie receiver Kyle Williams has yet to take 15 snaps in a game, and he hasn't seen a target since Week 3 against the Steelers, but his speed and quick release have shown up on film, and there's a chance his role could increase shortly. In Sunday night's win against the Bills, 90% of Williams' snaps came on passing plays, with the majority coming in the second half. Representing an element of speed that the Patriots' receivers room is otherwise lacking, he helped to create space for teammate Stefon Diggs on a night in which the veteran was targeted a season-high 12 times. With the Patriots traveling to New Orleans on Sunday, it's unlikely that Williams sees a breakout against a defense whose objective has been to keep everything in front of them, but should the rookie continue to do the things asked of him, he may see an increase in targets in the coming weeks.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love had an awesome game for fantasy managers who started him in Week 4 against Dallas, tossing three touchdown passes to wide receiver Romeo Doubs and piling up 337 passing yards. He'll look to continue that strong play in Week 6 when the Packers host the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 6. Love finished as fantasy's QB6 in Week 4, his first weekly finish as a top-ten quarterback since Week 6 of last season. It was also Love's first game with over 40 passing attempts since Week 4 of 2024. Passing volume isn't a regular thing for the Packers; it's more of an exception rather than the rule. If you're starting Love in Week 6, you're hoping the Bengals can score a bit, so the Packers get pushed to pass a bit more. Ultimately, Love is a viable starting quarterback for fantasy managers against a porous Bengals defense.

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (hip/thumb) carries no injury designation for the team's Week 6 matchup with the Chargers. Tagovailoa was a limited participant to start the week due to injuries to the thumb of his throwing hand as well as his hip, but has since logged two full practices and is a full go for Sunday. Through five weeks, Tagovailoa has averaged over 250 passing yards per game, throwing ten touchdowns to only four interceptions, and has shown an instant rapport with tight end Darren Waller over the past two weeks. In the Dolphins' first game without All-Pro wide receiver Tyreek Hill, he had arguably his best game of the year, but the Chargers' defense presents challenges that the Panthers could not in Week 5. Tagovailoa can be started in a pinch, but outside of superflex leagues, there should be better options available in most leagues.

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins due to a hamstring issue after being limited in practice all week. If he is active and fully healthy, Johnston has a good chance for a bounce-back game against a Miami secondary that allows the highest deep ball completion rate and the sixth-highest passer rating deep downfield, which fits his skill set well. Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert has a good chance to get the team back on track this week against the Miami Dolphins, who have one of the weakest defenses in the league heading into Sunday. Despite leading the team in rushing last week and being one of the top passers during the Chargers' early wins, Herbert's production has slowed due to injuries along the offensive line, taking 35 hits in the last three games. Critical penalties and the absence of Joe Alt (ankle) and Trey Pipkins (knee) continue to put pressure on Herbert. The Dolphins' defense ranks last in average rushing yards allowed. Still, the Chargers will be deploying backups Hassan Haskins and Kimani Vidal this week after Omarion Hampton (ankle) was placed on IR. The offense should lean more on the passing game and its proven weapons, but keep an eye on Quentin Johnston, who was limited all week with a hamstring injury and is questionable for Sunday. After missing Thursday's practice, Kansas City Chiefs second-year wide receiver Xavier Worthy (shoulder/ankle) was a full participant on Friday and carries no injury designation for Sunday night's clash with the Lions. Since returning from the shoulder injury that knocked him out of the season opener, Worthy has averaged 8.5 targets, 5.5 receptions, and 86 yards from scrimmage in the last two games, as Andy Reid and Matt Nagy have made an obvious effort to get him designed touches. In what should be the last game played without suspended receiver Rashee Rice, and what could turn into a primetime shootout, Worthy is a high upside WR2/flex play in Week 6.

After logging two limited practices to start the week, New Orleans Saints tight end Juwan Johnson (ankle) was a full participant on Friday and is good to go for Sunday's matchup with the Patriots, according to head coach Kellen Moore. While Johnson has seen his target share and receptions drop dramatically over the last two weeks, the Patriots have been one of the league's worst teams at defending the tight end and have already ruled out starting safety Jaylinn Hawkins. Johnson has a chance to repeat some of his early-season success and could be readily available on waiver wires following two disappointing performances.

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers (knee) sat out of another practice on Friday, making it likely that he will miss his second straight game when the Raiders host the Titans on Sunday. Bowers injured his left knee in the season opener against the Patriots, and while he played through the next three games with what has been diagnosed as an injury to his PCL and bone bruise, he was not his usual explosive self. The belief is that playing through such an injury could expose Bowers to further damage, and he was held out of the Raiders' Week 5 loss to the Colts. Third-year tight end Michael Mayer (concussion) also missed Week 5 but has since cleared concussion protocol and is expected to play on Sunday. With the Titans struggling to defend against the tight end position, Mayer is in play for fantasy managers without one of the obvious weekly starts.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert was targeted just once and held without a catch in Week 5 against the New York Jets. With Cowboys wideouts CeeDee Lamb (ankle) and KaVontae Turpin (foot) both sidelined, Tolbert appeared to be in line to serve as the team's WR2 alongside George Pickens. Instead, it was second-year wide receiver Ryan Flournoy who had a breakout game against the Jets, hauling in six of nine targets for 114 yards. Both Lamb and Turpin appear headed towards being out for Dallas' Week 6 matchup against the Carolina Panthers, so Tolbert will have another chance to make an impact. Still, given his subpar production in Week 5, Tolbert remains tough for fantasy managers to trust. At best, he profiles as a low-end flex option in deep leagues in Week 6 against Carolina.

Johnston has been one of the breakout stars of the 2025 season so far, recording 26 catches for 377 yards and four touchdowns through his first five games. Additionally, Sam McDowell of The Kansas City Star reports that Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said he anticipates Worthy being available in Week 6 against the Detroit Lions. Worthy dislocated his shoulder on Kansas City's opening drive in Week 1 and missed Weeks 2 and 3 as a result. In the two full games he's played this season, the 22-year-old has recorded 11 catches for 125 yards on 17 targets. New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ankle) is questionable to play in the team's Week 6 game against the New England Patriots, according to Rod Walker of The New Orleans Advocate. Kamara has been listed as a limited practice participant this week after suffering an ankle injury during practice on Wednesday. Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles replied, "I hope so," when asked whether wide receiver Jalen McMillan (neck) will play in 2025, per Greg Auman of Fox Sports. Dynasty | Giants running back Cam Skattebo had 98 rushing yards, two catches, 12 receiving yards, and three touchdowns in a win against the Eagles. Dynasty Analysis: This performance officially anoints Skattebo as the unquestioned three-down option in New York and puts him squarely on the map as an RB1/2 moving forward. Skattebo has quickly risen up the depth chart in New York and his bruising, physical running style seems to fit the team perfectly. At this point, he's going to be tough to keep out of dynasty lineups, regardless of touchdowns being tough to predict. His ADP and rookie ranking continue to rise.
