According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston (thigh/illness) is "good to go" for Saturday's playoff game against the Houston Texans. Johnston was listed as questionable on Thursday's final injury report. The 23-year-old is coming off a career day where he tallied 186 yards on 13 receptions. This was the second time he eclipsed the century mark this season and the first time he brought in double-digit receptions. Over his previous five games, Johnston averaged nine targets with 69.0 yards per game. Fantasy managers should view Johnston as a solid flex option in DFS formats as he is facing a Houston secondary that has allowed the 11th-most PPR points to opposing wideouts this season.

According to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, Green Bay Packers quarterbacks Jordan Love (elbow) and Malik Willis (thumb) are off the injury report and good to go for Sunday's playoff game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Love sustained this elbow injury during last weekend's loss to the Chicago Bears. He opened the week as a limited participant but logged two consecutive full sessions to end the week. Willis replaced Love in Week 18 and followed the same practice pattern. Fantasy managers should expect Love to continue operating as the QB1, but Willis will be available if he suffers a setback during the game. Over his past seven full games (excluding Week 18), Love averaged a modest 214.3 passing yards per game with a 10:1 TD:INT ratio. He carries QB2 upside in a tough match against the Eagles, who have allowed the third-fewest PPR points to opposing QBs this season.

According to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, Washington Commanders defensive back Marshon Lattimore (hamstring) is off the injury report and is expected to suit up on Sunday night to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Lattimore was traded to the Commanders earlier this season but could only make two starts due to a lingering hamstring injury. Over these two contests, Lattimore logged four tackles and three pass deflections. Lattimore was able to log two full practices to open the week and sat out on Friday due to rest. The 28-year-old will immediately return to the top spot on the depth chart, moving rookie Mike Sainristil to the No.2 spot. Lattimore will likely line up against top wideout Mike Evans throughout the evening, who he has been able to contain throughout his career. Across 21 games, Evans has averaged just 51.6 yards per game against him.
From RotoBaller
According to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, Washington Commanders rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels (quadriceps) is off the injury report and is set to make his playoff debut on Sunday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Daniels exited last weekend's game early due to minor leg soreness but was able to do three consecutive full practices this week, which suggests he should not face any limitations in Sunday's playoff game. During Weeks 12 through 17, the LSU product averaged a stellar 34.0 PPR points per game. During this stretch, Daniels averaged over 300 total yards per game and found the end zone 17 times. The first time he faced the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (in Week 1) he scored 30.0 PPR points as he tallied two rushing scores with 88 rushing and 184 passing yards. Given how well he has developed as a passer, DFS players should feel confident viewing Daniels as a high-end QB1 facing a struggling Tampa Bay defense.

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid's (knee) stock took a tumble in his second professional season. The former first-round pick was a breakout candidate in August and September. Instead, he averaged 1.2 fewer catches and 7.6 yards than his rookie campaign, only finding the endzone twice. He's tallied more than four catches in just two games. The matchup against Denver and his recurring appearance on the injury report with a knee issue are non-concerns. However, given his play this season, relying on Kincaid in lineups this weekend isn't a fruitful strategy.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Khalil Shakir was Josh Allen's top pass-catching weapon throughout the regular season. Shakir led the Bills in receptions (76) and receiving yards (821). He'll likely be utilized often against the Denver Broncos in the first round of the playoffs. Because he lines up in the slot on over 70% of his offensive snaps, it will help him better avoid shutdown corner Pat Surtain II. However, because Allen tends to spread the love in the passing game, none of the Bills receivers are top-tier options for fantasy lineups this weekend. Shakir is the best of the shaky Buffalo options.

According to the team, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (back) is off the injury report and does not have a designation for Sunday's playoff game against the Green Bay Packers. Smith popped up on the injury report on Friday with a back injury, but his absence from the final injury report suggests that his sitting out of practice was more rest-related. The former first-round pick enjoyed a fantastic finish to the season after struggling to find consistency early on. Over his final four games, Smith tallied four touchdowns, averaging 79.3 yards per game. During this span, he saw 8.3 targets per game and posted a strong 11.7 yards per catch. This was a nice increase compared to the 57.3 yards he averaged during the first nine games of the season. Smith should be viewed as a high-upside WR2 in DFS competitions this weekend despite facing a tough Green Bay secondary that has allowed the sixth-fewest PPR points to opposing wideouts.

Buffalo Bills Amari Cooper (back) remains a part-time player in this offense. Since he arrived in Buffalo midseason, his highest snap share is 54%. He's been below 50% in half of his games. That leads to dreadful stat lines like one catch for 10 yards in Week 16 and the goose egg in Week 15. The veteran almost exclusively lines up outside, where he could see a lot of star Denver cornerback Pat Surtain II. At least the back issue landing him on the injury report isn't a big deal. He's fully practiced this week and doesn't have an injury designation heading into the Wild Card matchup.
From RotoBaller
Fantasy managers using Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman this week better hope his receptions are of the downfield variety. He's not catching many passes. The rookie has logged one, one, three, and two receptions in the four weeks since his return from a wrist injury. While one of those catches went for 64 yards and he scored on another, Coleman has been more of a miss than a hit. If he can avoid matchups with star Denver cornerback Pat Surtain II, he may have a downfield look or two. That's about all fantasy managers can hang their hat on if using the second-round pick in fantasy lineups.

According to the team, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) is off the injury report and does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's playoff game against the Green Bay Packers. The star wideout opened the week as a limited participant but was then downgraded to a non-participant on Thursday. However, the team noted that sitting him on Thursday was part of the plan. As expected, the wideout returned to full participation on Friday and does not carry an injury designation. Brown was given the week off in Week 18 as the Eagles already locked up the No.2 seed. However, in his previous three games, Brown found the back of the end zone in each of them and averaged a strong 20.4 PPR points per game over this stretch. Fantasy managers should view Brown as a high-end WR1 this weekend in DFS formats, as he is Jalen Hurts' go-to option in the passing attack.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was responsible for 40 touchdowns during 17 regular season games. That's 2.35 touchdowns per game, which is actually lower than the 2.7 he's averaged during his postseason career. The 28-year-old has upped his game in the playoffs, averaging 330 yards per game. Offensive coordinator Joe Brady will lean on the MVP candidate in the opening matchup against the Denver Broncos. Denver's secondary has been one of the weaker units against quarterbacks over the last four weeks. Although he's the priciest option for DFS lineups, Allen can easily be the week's top signal caller.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills running back James Cook led the team with 1,009 rushing yards and 16 rushing touchdowns during the regular season. After limited usage in Week 18 due to Buffalo resting their stars, Cook brings fresh legs into the Wild Card matchup against the Denver Broncos. While the Broncos have been stingier against the run than the pass over the last four weeks, the Bills are heavy home favorites (nine points). If the game script follows oddsmakers' predictions, Cook could get more opportunities than usual. He's a safe option for DFS lineups.
From RotoBaller
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (elbow) was a full participant in practice for the second straight day. It appears Love is trending in the right direction after being limited to open the week. Two straight full practices should mean Love will be active for Saturday's Wild-Card game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Love was pulled out early during the regular season finale as a precaution and it sounds like they limited to in order to keep him fresh. Barring any setbacks, Love will be out there for Saturday's game in what looks like it could be a high-scoring affair.

The Dallas Cowboys are reportedly expected to begin talks on a new contract with head coach Mike McCarthy. The current deal ends on January 14th, which would allow McCarthy to talk with other organizations. The Cowboys have recently denied the Chicago Bears from interviewing McCarthy, so it seems likely that McCarthy returns to Dallas. He has won nearly 50 games over his five seasons in Dallas, which include three straight 12-win seasons. The down year in 2024 really can't be pinned on McCarthy with quarterback Dak Prescott missing most of the season due to injury. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has praised McCarthy despite the frustrating season they just experienced. When healthy, the Cowboys roster appears to have the pieces to be legitimate contenders. We will see if the two sides can come to an agreement on a new deal. Otherwise, McCarthy would likely be a popular candidate for a head coach position elsewhere.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton (knee) is trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's Wild-Card game against the Washington Commanders. Otton was limited in practice to begin the week before getting in a full session on Thursday. The injury report for Friday has yet to be released, but head coach Todd Bowles said Otton is trending the right way. Otton hasn't played since suffering a knee injury in Week 15. His absence has freed up more playing time for Payne Durham and rookie Devin Culp. If active, Otton won't be anything more than a touchdown-dependent fantasy option with receivers Mike Evans and Jalen McMillan taking on bigger roles lately.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety Antoine Winfield Jr. (knee) will return to the field for Sunday's Wild-Card matchup against the Washington Commanders. Winfield has been practicing in full this week and will play for the first time since Week 14. That is a huge lift for this secondary as Winfield is one of the better safeties in the league. He has 60 tackles, two sacks, and three passes defended across nine games with the Bucs this season. It's also worth noting that defensive back Jamel Dean (knee) has been cleared to play after missing the regular season finale. Both players will give this secondary and immediate boost heading into this playoff contest.
From RotoBaller
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (back) was held out of practice on Friday with back tightness, but he is still expected to play on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers on wild-card weekend. Smith had been battling a wrist injury late in the year and was rested in the Week 18 regular-season finale with the No. 2 seed in the NFC already locked up. He was not on the injury report earlier this week but is now battling what appears to be a minor back injury. Both Smith and A.J. Brown (knee) should be ready to play on Sunday, and they'll also be getting quarterback Jalen Hurts (concussion) back, making them both WR1 option in fantasy playoff lineups despite the fact that the Packers defense allowed the fifth-fewest half-PPR points per game to WRs in 2024. Smith had seven catches on eight targets for 84 yards in the Week 1 win over the Packers.
From RotoBaller
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) is back at practice on Friday after he was held out of Thursday's session as a precaution. Brown battled through a knee issue at the end of the regular season and was held out of the Week 18 regular-season finale for rest purposes with the Eagles already locked into the No. 2 seed in the NFC for the postseason. Along with Brown, DeVonta Smith (back) should be fully ready for Sunday's wild-card contest against the visiting Green Bay Packers. Brown finished the regular season as the WR18 in half-PPR scoring, but he's riding into the playoffs on a hot streak, having scored in each of his last three games while catching 19 of 31 targets for 243 yards. Despite the fact that the Packers defense was stingy against wideouts in 2024 in terms of fantasy points, Brown should be on the WR1 radar in fantasy playoff leagues.

Dynasty | Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson has re-torn his Achilles tendon. Dynasty Analysis: Oh boy. Watson may not play at all in 2025 now and his career has to be considered to be in jeopardy at this point. Remarkably ineffective since being traded from Houston, Watson is now damaged good and on the biggest boat anchor of a contract in NFL history. The Browns swung for the fences and struck out in the bottom of the ninth on this one. Watson's dynasty value is gone and he actually belongs on waiver wires at this point.
Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said on Friday that cornerback Marshon Lattimore (hamstring) is good to go for Sunday night's contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on wild-card weekend. Lattimore has missed plenty of time this year due to hamstring issues, including the final two games of the regular season, but the 28-year-old veteran cornerback will be available this weekend and is expected to try and shut down Bucs future Hall of Fame receiver Mike Evans in this matchup. It's worth noting that Lattimore held Evans to only two catches on six targets for 34 yards back in Week 6 when Lattimore was still with the New Orleans Saints. Evans will still be a top-five fantasy wideout on Sunday, but he could have more bust potential with Lattimore covering him. Even with Lattimore back, fantasy managers should avoid Washington's defense/special teams unit.
