Rather than sulk about speculation that he'll be traded or released, Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews has gotten back to work this offseason and looks quick and healthy, according to The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec. Andrews also hasn't complained publicly that he's set to play out the final year on a contract that he's outperformed, and instead has remained focused on getting ready for 2025. The 29-year-old did score a career-high 11 touchdowns in 17 regular-season games, but he caught just 55 passes for 673 yards and saw Isaiah Likely take on a bigger role in the offense. Oh, and he also ended the season with a crucial fumble and dropped two-point conversion in the playoff loss to Buffalo. Andrews will still be a favorite red-zone target for quarterback Lamar Jackson, but he'll also probably continue to lose valuable targets to Likely, making him a volatile, TD-dependent midrange TE1 in fantasy.

Baltimore Ravens running back Keaton Mitchell suffered an ACL tear in his knee in his rookie year in 2023 but has shown the same speed and explosiveness in offseason workouts that he teased back in 2023 before his season-ending injury. Mitchell was still navigating physical and mental hurdles when he returned last November to average just 2.0 yards per carry in five regular-season games. The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec writes that the 23-year-old has looked quicker and more assertive during offseason workouts in recent weeks, which is a great development for the Ravens. Although Derrick Henry remains the RB1 workhorse in Baltimore, he's not getting any younger, and Mitchell is far too explosive not to be used in 2025. Mitchell has the most upside of the Ravens' backup RBs and would be a fine handcuff to Henry.

According to The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devontez Walker would have won the most improved player award by a landslide if the team had given one out at the end of the offseason program. Walker made plays in nearly every practice and was showcasing his size and speed after being barely noticeable through offseason workouts and training camp in 2024. "He's got a chance to be really good," head coach John Harbaugh said. The 24-year-old is playing faster while showing more confidence and polish in his game. The former fourth-rounder (113th overall) last year caught just one pass on three targets for 21 yards and a touchdown in nine regular-season games. Walker has some big-play ability down the field, but if all three of Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman and DeAndre Hopkins stay healthy, he'll have a tough time making noise for fantasy managers.

The Athletic's Ben Standig writes that the Washington Commanders cornerback room could be much better in 2025 after the departures of Benjamin St-Juste, Emmanuel Forbes Jr. and Michael Davis. With that trio struggling a year ago, it forced rookie Mike Sainristil from inside to outside and the team to trade for an injured Marshon Lattimore. Lattimore struggled after joining the Commanders and has a history with injuries, but if he's healthy, the four-time Pro Bowler and second-round rookie Trey Amos could form a nice tandem in the secondary for Washington. Former New England Patriot Jonathan Jones also joins the mix, which could allow Sainristil to shift back to his more natural role in the slot after an impressive rookie season. The 29-year-old Lattimore had five straight seasons of at least 13 starts to begin his career but has missed 25 games over the last three years due to injuries.

NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports that the Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to terms with rookie fourth-round running back Bhayshul Tuten on a four-year contract. The financial terms were not divulged. The Virginia Tech product is a bit undersized (5-foot-9), but exhibits tantalizing athletic ability and could push for a significant role in Jacksonville's offense this season. It won't be easy, with returning backfield mates Tank Bigsby and Travis Etienne in the fold. Still, neither really separated himself from the other over a disappointing 2024 for the organization. Furthermore, Tuten is far and away the most explosive back of the trio and offers a three-down skill set. Playing time could be sparse early on, but if the rookie adjusts to the league quickly, he could hold some sleeper appeal in what projects to be an exciting offense.

ESPN's Rich Cimini reports that New York Jets wide receiver Malachi Corley (undisclosed) won't be a shoo-in for the team's 53-man roster as he's missed critical time with an undisclosed injury during their offensive install. New York selected Corley with the first pick of the third round in 2024's draft, though his rookie season saw him catch just 3-of-6 targets across 83 total offensive snaps. The Jets' corps of pass-catchers is mostly thin behind No. 1 option Garrett Wilson, so Corley could push for significant snaps if he continues to develop. New head coach Aaron Glenn has insinuated he'll run a tight ship, and isn't tied to the 23-year-old, considering he isn't a part of the regime that drafted him. Corley's athletic profile is enticing, but he requires improvement before impacting fantasy lineups in 2025.

Cleveland Browns rookie defensive lineman Mason Graham was selected with the No. 5 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft after the team traded down from the No. 2 selection with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Graham was a dominant force at Michigan, earning two first-team All-Big Ten honors behind 81 total tackles, 15 tackles for loss, and 6.5 sacks in his final 25 games. At the next level, the Browns expect more production out of Graham in a different role. "The spring has been a transition for Graham, who was asked to take on blockers at Michigan but will be expected to penetrate the defensive line and be more of a disruptive force in Cleveland," team reporter Daniel Oyefusi wrote. "Despite the difference in scheme, defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz said Graham is 'pretty far ahead right now.' Graham rotated with the first-team defense during OTAs and mandatory minicamp." With All-Pro edge rusher Myles Garrett eating double teams, Graham should have plenty of room to operate on the interior of Cleveland's front seven.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver rookie Elic Ayomanor was selected in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft following two excellent seasons at Stanford, in which he racked up 125 receptions for 1,844 yards and 12 touchdowns. Titans insider Easton Freeze believes the 206-pound pass-catcher will start for the team right away. "I'm calling my shot: I think 4th Round rookie Elic Ayomanor will be out there on the Titans' opening offensive play from scrimmage in Week 1. He's been my guy since the draft process, and I believe in his ability to both physically and mentally get up to speed in the NFL in a hurry," Freeze wrote. "He's the only true X receiver on this roster for my money, and that's where I think he's lined up to begin the year. I was really encouraged by what we've seen from him in practice so far, and look forward to his continued progress in Training Camp." While expectations for Tennessee's offense should be tempered with rookie quarterback Cam Ward under center, Ayomanor is undervalued in deeper fantasy football leagues if he's an opening-day starter. Many believed he would be selected in the top two rounds of April's draft, but he slipped to Day 3 and is evidently getting noticed early in his NFL career.

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan has looked like a player deserving of the No. 8 overall pick so far in his first NFL offseason, according to the team's ESPN reporter, David Newton. "Beyond being held out of two mandatory practices as a precaution after a collision the previous day, McMillan has been as advertised," Newton said. "He has made everyone around him better because he can play every receiver spot. He has created competition at receiver, something that wasn't there a year ago. His presence has benefited 2024 first-round pick Xavier Legette, who believes he and McMillan double the problems for defenses." McMillan was excellent in his final two collegiate seasons at Arizona, catching 174 passes for 2,721 yards and 18 touchdowns in 25 games. He is expected to immediately become Bryce Young's WR1 in what could be one of the most improved offenses in the NFL under Year-2 head coach Dave Canales. The target completion in Carolina is not worrisome for T-Mac, so he has a clear path to paying off at his low-end WR3 pricetag in 2025.

Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren is expected to be a major contributor in his rookie season, according to ESPN reporter Stephen Holder. While it could be assumed the Penn State product would have a major role as the team's No. 14 overall pick, it often takes time for tight ends to develop in the NFL, despite the recent successes of first-year tight ends Brock Bowers and Sam LaPorta. "It was practically impossible to watch an Indianapolis practice and not notice how often Warren touched the football. Any doubts about him having a notable role were erased in the first week of OTAs, when he could be seen running drag routes or matching up with linebackers in the middle of the field," Holder wrote. "The Colts had a league-low 39 receptions from their tight ends last season, but expect that to improve." While Warren's quarterback situation is less than ideal with either Daniel Jones and Anthony Richardson throwing him passes in 2025, he could see heavy volume in the short or intermediate areas of the field. Based on his current ADP, he's available in the 11th round of 12-team leagues, so if you believe in his upside, he is not difficult to acquire.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Diontae Johnson believes veteran quarterback Kenny Pickett will be the team's starting quarterback following the competition against Joe Flacco and rookies Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders. Pickett spent last season with the Philadelphia Eagles, winning his first Super Bowl ring as Jalen Hurts' backup. The 2022 first-round pick out of Pitt struggled to make a positive impact with the Pittsburgh Steelers, throwing for 4,474 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions in 25 career games. He looked competent in limited action with the Eagles, throwing for 291 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. However, that was behind the league's best offensive line and with A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, Dallas Goedert, and Saquon Barkley to throw the ball to. If Pickett wins the starting job in Cleveland, he likely won't offer much fantasy upside and can be ignored in single-QB formats to start the new campaign. If he struggles early, the team could opt to move to Joe Flacco or one of the first-year signal callers.

Speaking on the Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers said that he's "pretty sure this is it" in terms of 2025 being the last season of his storied NFL career. Rodgers said that's why he only signed a one-year deal with Pittsburgh this offseason. The 10-time Pro Bowler and four-time MVP will turn 42 years old this December. His mobility appeared to be limited in 2024 after tearing his Achilles with the New York Jets in 2023, and he threw for 3,897 yards, 28 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in 17 starts while leading Gang Green to a disappointing 5-12 record. DK Metcalf will be his primary aerial target with the Steelers, but it remains to be seen how much he'll be able to stretch the field in an offense that figures to lean on the run. Rodgers was the QB15 in fantasy this year and will likely have a lower ceiling in the Steel City.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive end Haason Reddick had a very public and messy contract dispute with the New York Jets last year and ended up with just one sack in 10 games played (two starts). However, The Athletic's Dan Pompei writes that Reddick's presence at Tampa's minicamp was powerful. The 30-year-old veteran hasn't forgotten how to rush the passer after racking up 50.5 sacks from 2020 to 2023. Pompei adds that the expectation is that Reddick will have a very productive 2025 campaign while rushing the passer and passing on his knowledge to help his teammates. The Buccaneers signed him to a one-year, $14 million deal this offseason that could turn out to be a steal if he returns to double-digit sack production. Reddick could quickly reappear on the IDP fantasy radar with a change of scenery.

The Athletic's Michael-Shawn Dugar writes that new Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cooper Kupp still has some juice, and the team thinks he still has enough left in the tank to be a legitimate complementary piece to WR1 Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Kupp looked the part during offseason workouts and still has enough wiggle, understanding of leverage and quickness to be a pest underneath and in the red zone. The 32-year-old veteran is no longer the same receiver that accomplished the receiving Triple Crown in 2021, but he can still win with deception and his high-level route-running. Kupp's fantasy floor and ceiling are much lower now, and he's missed five or more games in three straight seasons due to injuries, but he can still be in play as a WR4/flex in the Pacific Northwest if he stays on the field. Multiple Philadelphia Eagles players this spring expressed the need for the offense to evolve in 2025, suggesting that there could be more variance under new offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo, according to Inside The Birds' Andrew DiCecco. Running back Saquon Barkley figures to be the primary beneficiary if that plan manifests in the form of a more balanced attack, minimizing his wear and tear. The 28-year-old became just the ninth player in NFL history to go over 2,000 rushing yards in a season in 2024 as the Eagles offense leaned heavily on him. He had career-highs in carries (345) and rushing yards (2,005) and totaled 482 touches (including the playoffs). While Barkley will again be called on to do most of the heavy lifting, it's also quite possible the Eagles will look to give him more rest after such a big workload in 2024. Still, he's going to be the first player off the board in most fantasy drafts this fall.

The Philadelphia Eagles aren't as deep in their secondary after the offseason departures of Darius Slay, C.J. Gardner-Johnson and Avonte Maddox. As a result, Cooper DeJean and rookie Drew Mukuba might both have flexible roles in the secondary in 2025, according to The Athletic's Brooks Kubena. DeJean is still being used at nickel, but defensive coordinator Vic Fangio is also using him at outside cornerback opposite Quinyon Mitchell in base packages. Mukuba, meanwhile, has taken first-team snaps at safety as he battles with Sydney Brown while also playing the slot with DeJean in dime packages. Philly still has plenty of talent in their secondary, but an injury to one of DeJean, Mukuba or Mitchell could cause serious issues on the back end.

Cleveland Browns QB Joe Flacco is the 'best pure thrower' among the team's four quarterbacks, in the opinion of The Athletic's Zac Jackson, who adds that the veteran's 'steadiness and experience' have made him a 'valuable addition.' Flacco has 'the respect of the locker room,' per Jackson, who writes that re-signing Flacco was a smart move no matter how many games he starts for the team in 2025.

Fantasy Spin: Despite singing Flacco's praises, Jackson adds the veteran is no lock to be the QB in Week 1 much less by Halloween. For fantasy owners, the Browns QB competition is more about guys like Jerry Jeudy and David Njoku, both of whom would likely be more productive with Flacco under center than anyone else. As to his own value, the immobile Flacco wouldn't garner interest unless you're looking to carry a third quarterback on your roster, and even then he'd be a tenuous target with so many alternatives available in Cleveland.

The Athletic's Zack Rosenblatt writes that there will be legitimate competition for the New York Jets' starting center job this summer at training camp. Joe Tippmann graded out decently last year, but he was a draft selection by the previous regime. New head coach Aaron Glenn and general manager Darren Mougey brough in Josh Myers in free agency to push Tippmann, a former second-round selection. Myers pushed Tippmann during OTAs and minicamp, and he has the edge in experience as a starter and experience working with quarterback Justin Fields from their time together at Ohio State in college. Rosenblatt still views Tippmann as the favorite to start at center to begin the 2025 season, but Myers is going to get a real shot at the starting gig in camp and the preseason.

The Athletic's Dan Duggan writes that the New York Giants' selection of outside linebacker Abdul Carter with the third overall pick in this year's NFL draft could be a game-changer for the team in 2025. Carter, in addition to pass-rushers Dexter Lawrence, Brian Burns and Kayvon Thibodeau, gives the G-Men the ability to dominate games on the defensive side of the ball. The Giants also upgraded their defense in the offseason by adding cornerback Paulson Adebo and safety Jevon Holland in free agency. In 16 games in 2024 in his final season at Penn State, the 21-year-old Carter had 24 tackles for loss and 12 sacks. While Carter might be in more of a rotational role as an edge rusher initially in the Big Apple, he could emerge as a weekly IDP fantasy option sooner than later because of his game-wrecking ability.

The New Orleans Saints offensive line seems to be in place this year, and the team hopes their front five will be far more reliable than last year with four former first-round picks, according to The Athletic's Larry Holder. Trevor Penning, a first-rounder in 2022 is moving to left guard as he enters the final year of his contract after struggling at tackle in his first three NFL seasons. Holder writes that the move seems to fit Penning early on. Erik McCoy is the leader of the offensive line after missing most of the 2024 campaign due to injuries. This is certainly a positive development in new head coach Kellen Moore's first year in the Big Easy, especially if the Saints end up going with rookie second-round quarterback Tyler Shough as their starter under center in 2025 following the abrupt retirement of Derek Carr.
