Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (hamstring) is currently questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Jackson exited the contest late in the third quarter due to a hamstring issue. Cooper Rush has replaced him on the field to begin the final quarter of play. Given the current score, the Ravens are likely going to take the cautious approach and hold Jackson out for the final quarter. If he doesn't return, Jackson will finish his day with 147 passing yards, a touchdown, and interception. He also rushed the ball six times for an additional 48 yards on the ground. Fantasy managers will need to check back for another update on Jackson. If he misses time, Rush figures to start under center for the Week 5 game against the Houston Texans.

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. After hauling in a pass in the third quarter, Pearsall exited to the sideline with a right knee injury. It's worth noting that Pearsall came into this game with a nagging knee injury. Possibly, the second-year wideout aggravated it. Before exiting, Pearsall hauled in four of his five targets for 46 yards. The absence of Pearsall should mean increased roles for Jauan Jennings, Kendrick Bourne, and Jake Tonges.
From RotoBaller
Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter (shoulder) appears to have picked up an injury during Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Carter reportedly aggravated his shoulder injury during Sunday's victory. He did briefly exit the game in the fourth quarter, but he finished out the contest. The assumption is that Carter will undergo further testing to determine the severity of the injury. For now, Carter should be considered day-to-day until the Eagles give more information. He didn't do much in this game as he finished Sunday's win with one solo tackle. Bryon Young and Za'Darius Smith would be in line for a heavier workload if Carter misses time.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen didn't have a huge day in terms of passing yardage, but was able to get the job done. Allen completed 16-of-22 passing attempts for 209 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. He also added 45 yards on seven rushing attempts with an additional touchdown on the ground. This was a solid three-score game for Allen as they were able to take down the New Orleans Saints. The Bills offense certainly had troubles at times during this game, but they were able to get the job done. Allen will remain an elite fantasy option for the Week 5 matchup against the New England Patriots.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving was all over the field during Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Irving rushed the ball 15 times for 63 yards, which gives him three straight games with 60 rushing yards or more. His biggest contribution came as a receiver this weekend. Irving hauled in five receptions for 102 yards and a touchdown in the loss. The second-year back got a majority of that yardage on a 72-yard catch-and-run in the third quarter. Irving continues to be a big part of both the rushing and receiving game in Tampa Bay. He'll continue to be a solid RB1 for the Week 5 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.
From RotoBaller
Houston Texans rookie running back Woody Marks had a huge game versus the Tennessee Titans in Week 4. Marks has been watching his role increase each week, but got a huge opportunity this weekend. The rookie back rushed 17 times for 69 yards and a touchdown on the ground. He wasn't finished there as he hauled in four of his five targets for 50 yards and another score. This was an awesome performance by Marks, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect this every week. Marks figures to continue splitting up the backfield duties with Nick Chubb. The rookie back is certainly worth rostering after this performance, but his ceiling is limited at the moment.

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring) exited during the first half of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Kansas City Chiefs. He is officially questionable to return. At the time of his departure, he had registered two tackles. The veteran is a key member of the Ravens' defense, so his absence will be felt as Baltimore attempts to fend off a very strong Chiefs offense. Trenton Simpson and Jay Higgins should earn more snaps in Smith's absence.
From RotoBaller
San Francisco 49ers tight end Jake Tonges (shoulder) has returned to Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He exited in the first quarter and was initially listed as questionable to return, but he is now back in the game. Tonges has seen an increased workload lately with George Kittle (hamstring) on injured reserve. He and Luke Farrell will continue to lead the position group for the duration of Kittle's absence.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Chargers running back Omarion Hampton rushed for 128 yards and one touchdown on 12 carries during Sunday's Week 4 loss to the New York Giants. He also caught all five of his targets for an additional 37 receiving yards. While Los Angeles fell short and lost its undefeated season, Hampton had the best game of his young career, posting at least 24.9 fantasy points (PPR) for the second consecutive week. He took on an expanded role this week after teammate Najee Harris (Achilles) was lost for the season. Hampton should continue to operate as the every-down back in Los Angeles, ranking as a low-to-mid RB1 in fantasy football. Managers should start him with confidence every week, regardless of the matchup.
From RotoBaller
Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson rushed for 75 yards and one touchdown on 17 carries during Sunday's Week 4 win over the Washington Commanders. He also caught four of his five targets for 106 receiving yards. Robinson had a phenomenal day and was a key reason why the Falcons were able to take down the Commanders. He rewarded fantasy managers once again and continues to show why he was the consensus No. 1 running back in fantasy drafts this summer. He'll continue to be viewed as a high-end RB1 on the other side of his Week 5 bye.
From RotoBaller
San Francisco 49ers tight end Jake Tonges (shoulder) exited during the first quarter of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He did not have a target at the time of his departure and is officially listed as questionable to return. Tonges has seen an increased workload lately with George Kittle (hamstring) on injured reserve. With Tonges also sidelined, San Francisco will now rely on Luke Farrell as its top tight end.

Dynasty | Malik Nabers has been carted off the field with a right knee injury in Sunday's game. Dynasty Analysis: Not good. This has all the looks of a possible season-ending ACL injury as he went down on a non-contact fashion while jumping up for a deep ball. We'll reserve analysis until we see just what the nature of this injury is but this could be a league changing moment in 2025. We've had some players go down but few impact the game like Nabers does. Stay tuned.
Dynasty | Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward completed 10-of-26 passes for no touchdowns and an interception in a blowout loss to Houston. Dynasty Analysis: Things are just not clicking for Ward and the now 0-4 Titans, who lost 26-0 to the then 0-3 Texans today. Ward has been unable to generate much at all in the first month of the season. Unfortunately, this is par for the course for rookie quarterbacks who are thrown into fire in week one. Ward will look to improve next week and his dynasty value really won't change much with another sub-par week, though a buy-low opportunity may be presenting itself.
New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers (right knee) will undergo an MRI on Monday to confirm his diagnosis of a torn ACL, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Nabers suffered a severe knee injury while attempting to make a catch near the sideline during the first quarter of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Los Angeles Chargers. Several NFL media insiders have already reported that the Giants fear Nabers tore his ACL, but we won't get official confirmation until Monday. Assuming his season is over, Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton will operate as the primary receivers in Jaxson Dart's offense.

Los Angeles Rams tight ends Tyler Higbee (hip) and Colby Parkinson (shoulder) are officially active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Indianapolis Colts. Both players had been listed as questionable, and Higbee's status in particular was uncertain after he missed practice on Friday. In the end, Higbee will suit up, looking to turn around what has been a disappointing start to the season. He has just four catches so far, and all of them came in a singular Week 2 game. Meanwhile, Parkinson has two catches and a lost fumble through two games. Neither tight end should be rostered in fantasy football.
From RotoBaller
Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely (foot) is officially active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Kansas City Chiefs. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction after logging a full practice Friday. The 25-year-old is making his 2025 season debut after being sidelined for the first three weeks. He's looking to build off an impressive 2024 campaign in which he had a career-high 42 catches, 477 yards, and six touchdowns while ranking as the overall TE16. Mark Andrews is still the No. 1 tight end in Baltimore, especially after catching two touchdown passes last week, but Likely will still carve out a role and could also be a top-24 fantasy tight end.
From RotoBaller
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Mac Jones (knee) is active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He had been listed as questionable. Jones led the 49ers to a pair of victories in place of Brock Purdy (shoulder) over the last two weeks, and while he played admirably, he'll head back to the bench with Purdy healthy. Jones can be dropped to waivers in all redraft leagues.
From RotoBaller
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney (hamstring) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Washington Commanders in Week 4. He exited during the second half and was initially listed as questionable before being downgraded to out. Mooney caught just one pass for 15 yards before his departure, but his role seemed to be trending upward after he earned 11 targets in Week 3. Ray-Ray McCloud will operate as the No. 2 wide receiver alongside Drake London until Mooney is healthy enough to play.
From RotoBaller
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee) is officially active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction ahead of kickoff. Pearsall and Jauan Jennings (ankle, shoulder) are both healthy for Sunday's game, and they'll get a bit of a boost now that Brock Purdy (shoulder) is healthy enough to play for the first time since Week 1. Pearsall had 108 yards in his last game with Purdy, and he's averaging 94 yards per game this season, so we expect the second-year receiver to continue making a big impact Sunday. He ranks as a low-end WR2 versus Jacksonville.
From RotoBaller
Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift (hip) is officially active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Las Vegas Raiders. He was listed as questionable after being a limited participant in practice. Swift has delivered modest production through the first three games of the season, amassing 143 rushing yards, 69 receiving yards, and one touchdown. He ranks as the 24th-best running back in terms of fantasy scoring but should really be viewed as a mid-to-low RB3/flex, especially given that his snap share has declined since Week 1. We could see more Kyle Monangai on Sunday, but Swift will still be the primary option.
