Treylon Burks Mar 31 12:00pm CT
    Treylon Burks

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (knee) is unlikely to be ready for training camp this summer, A To Z Sports' Buck Reising reports. Burks, who has been a major bust for the Titans since they selected him 18th overall in 2022 out of Arkansas, was placed on Injured Reserve last year on Oct. 19 and eventually had surgery to address damage in his ACL. The 25-year-old didn't have a full tear of his ACL, which is good news, but he still isn't expected to be ready for training camp and also might not be ready for Week 1 of the 2025 regular season. It's more disappointment for the young wideout, who has completely fallen off the fantasy radar at this point, even in dynasty/keeper leagues. Through his first three NFL seasons, Burks has only 53 catches for 699 yards and one touchdown on 92 targets. The Titans added Van Jefferson in free agency, but they'll surely address the position in the upcoming draft as well.

Breece Hall Mar 31 11:40am CT
    Breece Hall

New York Jets running back Breece Hall is used to being the team's featured back, but new head coach Aaron Glenn hinted that both Braelon Allen and Isaiah Davis could be more involved in 2025 as part of more of a committee approach to the backfield. "I think, mentally, he's in a good place, but I would say that we have three running backs on this team that we're going to utilize as much as possible," Glenn said. The 23-year-old former second-round pick (36th overall) in 2022 out of Iowa State was a disappointment for fantasy managers as an RB1 in his third year in the league in 2024, as Hall went for 876 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 209 carries while also catching 57 passes for 483 yards and three more TDs in 16 starts. It might be that Hall simply needs to prove he's still the go-to back to the new coaching staff, but the addition of QB Justin Fields is also bad news for Hall's status as a sure-fire RB1 heading into 2025.

Keenan Allen Mar 31 11:40am CT
    Keenan Allen

When asked about potentially signing free-agent wide receiver Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said, "Anything's possible. That would be cool." Allen remains on the free-agent market after a disappointing 2024 campaign with the Chicago Bears in which he caught 70 of his 121 targets for 744 yards and seven touchdowns in 15 starts. The Bolts took the 32-year-old veteran in the third round (76th overall) back in 2013 out of California, and he spent the first 11 years of his NFL career with the team. Allen was a Pro Bowler from 2017-21 and posted six 1,000-yard seasons for the team. However, he certainly looked to have lost a step in 2024 and would not have the same kind of role if he returned to L.A. now that Ladd McConkey has taken over as QB Justin Herbert's top target in the passing game.

James Cook Mar 31 11:30am CT
    James Cook

Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane said the team isn't close to getting a long-term contract extension done with running back James Cook. "I don't see us getting something done anytime soon..we're onto the draft.just because we don't get something done this year doesn't mean we can't get something done before he's a free agent," Beane said. Cook made it clear in February that he wants a contract extension and wants the ball more moving forward. The 25-year-old played only 48 percent of the team's offensive snaps in 2024, although he was very productive with 18 total touchdowns in 16 regular-season games. Cook's 16 rushing touchdowns -- he also had 1,009 yards on 207 rushing attempts -- led the league in 2024. Still, the Bills aren't making it a priority to give Cook an extension as he heads into the final year of his current deal. Cook will face obvious TD regression in 2025.

Justin Tucker Mar 31 11:20am CT
    Justin Tucker

Given the situation surrounding Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker this offseason, head coach John Harbaugh acknowledged that the team will most likely be targeting a kicker in the upcoming NFL draft in April. "It's something we have to do, no matter what, at this point in time. You always got to do your due diligence. We'll be prepared to do that on draft day if we feel like we need to and if the right guy's there," Harbaugh said. Not only did Tucker have the worst season of his career in 2024, going 22-for-30 on field-goal attempts and 60-for-62 on his extra-point opportunities, but he was also accused of inappropriate behavior by 16 massage therapists and is being investigated on allegations of sexual misconduct. The Ravens are waiting for the league to finish its investigation, but there's a good chance the 35-year-old Tucker will eventually be cut and will face a lengthy suspension in 2025.

Tyreek Hill Mar 31 11:20am CT
    Tyreek Hill

Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel said that the team has wide receiver Tyreek Hill are fully planning on moving forward together for the 2025 season at this time, but the head coach also noted that things happen in the NFL. Hill pulled himself from the Week 18 regular-season finale against the New York Jets and said after the game that, "I'm out." The 31-year-old speedy wideout later went back on his words and said, "I don't want to go nowhere." The Cheetah could have just been voicing his frustrations in a disappointing season for the Dolphins in which he battled a wrist injury all year. Hill later had surgery on his wrist to fix a ligament issue, but he's expected to be fully healed for the start of the 2025 campaign. Hill took a fall in fantasy, but it didn't help that QB Tua Tagovailoa missed six games. He's still a WR1 in fantasy, but with the injury risk surrounding Tua, Hill is no longer a lock as a high-end WR1.

Lamar Jackson Mar 31 11:10am CT
    Lamar Jackson

The Baltimore Ravens have had early contract-extension talks with quarterback Lamar Jackson, and head coach John Harbaugh said that when a deal does get completed, Jackson will become the highest-paid player in NFL history. It's not that big of a surprise after Jackson came close to winning his third MVP award in 2024. The four-time Pro Bowler and three-time first-team All-Pro had another excellent season for the Ravens last year, throwing for a career-high 4,172 yards, career-high 41 touchdowns and only four interceptions in 17 regular-season starts while also adding 915 rushing yards on 139 attempts for another four touchdowns on the ground. Baltimore's season came to a disappointing end in the Divisional Round in a loss to the Buffalo Bills, but the 28-year-old dual-threat signal-caller was the QB1 overall in fantasy points and should be the first quarterback off the board in fantasy drafts in 2025.

Mark Andrews Mar 31 11:10am CT
    Mark Andrews

Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said there aren't any guarantees, but "I do fully expect Mark Andrews to play for us next year. He's just too good of a player." Harbaugh said he's been in touch with Andrews this offseason and that he's in a good place after a costly fumble and a dropped two-point conversion in the team's Divisional Round loss to the Buffalo Bills in the postseason. The 29-year-old had a $4 million roster bonus kick in for the 2025 season in the middle of March, so all expectations are that the veteran tight end will return to the team this fall. Despite his rough finish to last year, Andrews did bring in a career-high 11 touchdowns in 2024 on 55 receptions (69 targets) for 673 receiving yards in 17 regular-season games (13 starts). Although he's turning 30 this year and Isaiah Likely is a threat to his overall upside, Andrews did finish as the TE1 in half-PPR scoring last season.

Brandon Aiyuk Mar 31 7:07am CT
    Brandon Aiyuk

Dynasty | The 49ers are unlikely to trade Brandon Aiyuk this off-season. Dynasty Analysis: This always seemed the most likely outcome with Aiyuk recovering from a torn ACL and the 49ers already having moved on from Deebo Samuel. It will likely become reality after Tuesday when Aiyuk is due nearly $23 million in the form of a roster bonus. Should that day come and go, seeing him in anything other than a San Francisco uniform would be a shock. His dynasty value is still sinking as a result of his injury, but it could also represent a decent buying opportunity for dynasty managers who still believe in him.

Willie Gay Jr. Mar 31 7:06am CT
    Willie Gay Jr.

The Miami Dolphins have signed linebacker Willie Gay Jr. to a one-year $1.33 million deal. The former New Orleans Saint is entering his sixth season after the Kansas City Chiefs took him in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Gay Jr.'s tackle figure was down in 2024, as he only played on 23.51% of the team's snaps. However, he racked up 88 takedowns, 2.5 sacks, and an interception in 13 starts during the 2022 campaign. The Mississippi State product also started 15 games in 2023 and has spent time on special teams. Gay Jr. is slotted in behind fellow linebacker Jordyn Brooks on the team's unofficial depth chart and figures to get a modest snap share this season.

John Harbaugh Mar 31 7:06am CT
    John Harbaugh

The Baltimore Ravens announced on Friday that they reached a three-year contract extension with head coach John Harbaugh. The new deal will keep the 62-year-old in Baltimore through the 2028 season. He was entering the final year of his previous contract that he had signed back in March of 2022, and it will continue a trend of the Ravens not allowing Harbaugh to start a regular season on the final year of his contract since he was initially hired in 2008. He is already the franchise's all-time winningest head coach with a 185-115 record over 17 seasons. His 12 playoff appearances are second-most in the NFL behind KC's Andy Reid (14), and he also led the team to a Super Bowl victory in 2012. Harbaugh is the second-longest tenured coach behind only the Steelers' Mike Tomlin. Although Harbaugh has had plenty of success in Baltimore, the Ravens have only gone past the Divisional Round once since winning the Super Bowl 12 years ago.

Raheem Mostert Mar 30 9:13pm CT
    Raheem Mostert

Las Vegas Raiders RB Raheem Mostert said he is capable of producing more than he did last season. 'Just getting back into that form,' Mostert said. 'I'm already feeling good coming into this offseason.'

Fantasy Spin: Mostert finished with 278 yards on 85 carries last year, but he had 18 touchdowns and over 1,000 yards in 2023. He could end up leading a backfield committee in Vegas, but it is hard to see him being more than an occasional flex play.

Zach Wilson Mar 30 6:50pm CT
    Zach Wilson

Last week, Miami Dolphins quarterback Zach Wilson told the Associated Press that he still believes he can start. "I still believe I can be a starter in this league whenever that opportunity comes, and so I just try to put myself in the best situation...and do the absolute best that I can." It hasn't panned out for the 25-year-old since the New York Jets selected him second overall in the 2021 NFL Draft. Wilson was abysmal during his time as a Jet, but the team didn't do him any favors. After spending 2024 as a Bronco under head coach Sean Payton, the BYU product claims he learned much despite not seeing the field and plans to continue learning more under new head coach Mike McDaniel. "What's not to like?" he said. "You've seen how Tua's development has gone since he's been there. I'm just excited to be with those guys." Ideally, the Dolphins won't need to call upon Wilson's services in 2025. Though, if they do, it appears his confidence has grown in leaps and bounds.

Victor Dimukeje Mar 30 6:40pm CT
    Victor Dimukeje

Former Arizona Cardinals linebacker Victor Dimukeje has signed a one-year $1.33 million deal with the New York Giants. The 25-year-old spent the last four years with Arizona after the team selected him in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Dimukeje has recorded 67 tackles, four sacks, two forced fumbles, and one pass defensed across his first four seasons. While he has chalked up just eight starts in his career, the Duke alum has played at least 65% of Arizona's special teams snaps since 2022. He'll provide the Giants with a depth piece and special teams contributor in 2025. Dimukeje joins teammates Chris Board and Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles as new acquisitions in the Giants' linebacker room.

Micah Parsons Mar 30 6:20pm CT
    Micah Parsons

Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer still believes the team will reach a long-term deal with pass rusher Micah Parsons. "Micah has said all along that he plans on being there...There's a lot of factors that go into a deal," Schottenheimer said on Sunday at the Annual League Meeting. "Again, my conversations with Micah have been great, and I think he's in a good spot." Dallas has made a habit of prolonging the extensions of their stars, but Schottenheimer doesn't want the offseason to be a distraction. It would behoove the Cowboys to lock up Parsons sooner than later, as he's already proven to be an elite game-wrecker, racking up at least 12 sacks in each of his first four seasons. Whether a deal gets done remains to be seen, but hearing that Schottenheimer is optimistic is encouraging for Parsons' prospects as a Cowboy.

Justin Fields Mar 30 3:30pm CT
    Justin Fields

New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn believes quarterback Justin Fields is poised for a solid season in New York. "I just think he's ready to break out as a top-notch quarterback," said Glenn of the Ohio State product. "He has a quiet confidence about himself." At present, Fields will get a chance to prove himself as a starter yet again in 2025. Unless the Jets add competition at the position in the draft, the 26-year-old is set to be the franchise's signal-caller. Fields went 4-2 as a starter in Pittsburgh last season but was replaced by Russell Wilson despite respectable on-field performance. This year, he doesn't project to have competition breathing down his neck, but Fields' evolution as a quarterback remains to be seen. This may be the season it all comes together for him, but his rushing upside should keep him in the conversation of a viable fantasy starter while he's manning the offense.

Dak Prescott Mar 30 3:00pm CT
    Dak Prescott

Dallas Cowboys co-owner Stephen Jones notes that quarterback Dak Prescott (hamstring) is "doing great" after hamstring surgery. ESPN's Todd Archer reported the news. "He's very thrilled with where he is, and I know the trainers are too," said Jones. "I feel like he's doing a hell of a job." While this is good news, Jones also reports that the 31-year-old will have "some limitations" in the offseason training program. Prescott will be looking to bounce back in 2025. Aside from the nine games he missed with injury, the Louisiana native wasn't at the top of his game when he was healthy, producing an 11:8 TD:INT ratio and 247.25 yards per game across eight outings. It appears he's on the right track regarding his injury, but Prescott will have other factors working against his rebound, such as a new head coach in Brian Schottenheimer.

Cam Ward Mar 30 2:20pm CT
    Cam Ward

Tennessee Titans President of Football Operations Chad Brinker noted that teams are still checking in on trades for the first overall pick in this year's draft. "People are checking in, going through their process. So, we'll see what happens," said Brinker. It seems unlikely that Tennessee will trade out of the No. 1 spot, but it may make sense for them to do so if they aren't trading back too far. The Titans have done their homework on former Miami Hurricanes quarterback Cam Ward and will be represented at the Pro Days of QB Shedeur Sanders and WR/DB hybrid Travis Hunter. They're even keeping tabs on Penn State pass-rusher Abdul Carter (shoulder), with Brisker stating he is "very much on our radar." Many around the league consider Ward to be a lock for the Titans at one. However, the team will continue to do its due diligence in preparation for next month's draft.

Dak Prescott Mar 30 1:33pm CT
    Dak Prescott

Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott (hamstring) is making good progress in his recovery but will be a limited participant in offseason workouts, according to executive vice president Stephen Jones.

Fantasy Spin: Prescott does not need much work this offseason and appears to be on track for training camp. He will have a similar group of pass catchers to work with next season and probably can be a low-end No. 1 or high-end No. 2 quarterback in most fantasy leagues.
