Hunter Henry Sep 21 5:50pm CT
    Hunter Henry

New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry looked like an unstoppable force during Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Henry has been fairly quiet up until this game, but made a huge splash on Sunday. He hauled in eight of his 11 targets for 90 yards and two touchdowns in the loss. It's worth noting that Henry did briefly exit the game due to a lower body injury. However, he returned and looked fine as he scored his second touchdown of the game. Drake Maye hasn't been able to find much success with any of his wide receivers, so Henry appears to be his safety blanket. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect Henry to get double-digit targets every week. However, he should remain in the mix as a low-end TE1 for next week's matchup against the Carolina Panthers.

James Conner Sep 21 5:30pm CT
    James Conner

Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner (ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers. Conner took an ugly tackle on a one-yard run during the third quarter. He immediately grabbed his right leg after the play. Conner needed to be carted off the field, which is never a good sign. He'll finish this game with 22 yards on nine rushing attempts while hauling in three receptions for 15 yards through the air. This looked like a brutal multi-week injury, but more information should be known after further testing is done. For now, Trey Benson will step up and be asked to take on a larger role on offense.

CeeDee Lamb Sep 21 5:30pm CT
    CeeDee Lamb

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears. Lamb suffered a left ankle injury during the first quarter. He attempted to return in the second quarter, but didn't last too long. At the moment, it's unclear how significant of an ankle injury Lamb is dealing with right now. Fantasy managers should get more information on his status soon. In the meantime, George Pickens will take over as the top wideout. Also, KaVontae Turpin and Jalen Tolbert should see increased roles.

    From RotoBaller

Najee Harris Sep 21 5:00pm CT
    Najee Harris

Los Angeles Chargers running back Najee Harris (ankle) rushed for 28 yards on six carries before exiting during the second quarter of Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Denver Broncos. He suffered a non-contact injury and was carted off the field. The team has officially ruled him out for the remainder of the contest, and there's very real concern about his long-term outlook. Although the team is officially calling it an ankle injury, video appeared to show Harris suffering a serious Achilles injury while trying to plant his foot in the backfield. Non-contact Achilles injuries typically come with lengthy recovery timetables, so it's possible that Harris is done for the season. The veteran running back, who never missed a game with the Pittsburgh Steelers, has suddenly faced significant injury trouble in Los Angeles. First, he injured his eye during a fireworks incident over the summer, and now, he's likely done for the year with an Achilles injury. He'll work to recover and get healthy before hitting free agency for the second consecutive offseason next March. In the meantime, Omarion Hampton will take over full possession of the lead-back role while Hassan Haskins offers a change of pace. We'll likely receive more information on Harris' status after he undergoes additional testing.

Geno Smith Sep 21 5:00pm CT
    Geno Smith

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Geno Smith completed 19 of his 29 pass attempts for 289 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 3 loss to the Washington Commanders. He also took five sacks and rushed for five yards. Smith seemed to clean things up following his three-interception outing last Monday night, but it's worth noting that most of his production this week came during garbage time; two of his three touchdown passes came in the fourth quarter. Interestingly, all three touchdowns were thrown to Tre Tucker, so Smith-to-Tucker could be an interesting connection to watch going forward. The veteran signal caller ranks as a mid-range QB2 for Week 4 against the Chicago Bears.

Colston Loveland Sep 21 4:40pm CT
    Colston Loveland

Chicago Bears tight end Colston Loveland (hip) exited during the first half of Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Dallas Cowboys. He was taken to the locker room for further evaluation and is officially questionable to return. At the time of his departure, he had caught one of three targets for 31 yards through the air. With the rookie sidelined, Cole Kmet will step up as the primary tight end in Chicago's offense.

    From RotoBaller

Najee Harris Sep 21 4:30pm CT
    Najee Harris

Los Angeles Chargers running back Najee Harris (ankle) exited during the second quarter of Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Denver Broncos and is officially listed as questionable to return. Harris suffered a serious-looking non-contact injury that appeared to involve his Achilles, but for now, the Chargers are listing it as an ankle ailment and leaving the door open for him to return. The veteran running back was carted off the field in serious pain and, barring a miraculous diagnosis, is done for Week 3 and potentially done for the season. Managers should stay tuned for additional updates as Harris undergoes further testing.

    From RotoBaller

CeeDee Lamb Sep 21 4:20pm CT
    CeeDee Lamb

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (ankle) exited during the first half of Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Chicago Bears. He is officially questionable to return. Lamb initially departed after an awkward injury on a rushing attempt. After receiving treatment, he returned for one play but quickly departed again. The Cowboys aren't closing the door on Lamb returning later in the game, but he'll need to receive more treatment and have his condition improve before he checks back into the contest. If he can't return, George Pickens and Jake Ferguson should handle the bulk of the targets from Dak Prescott.

Jalen Hurts Sep 21 4:10pm CT
    Jalen Hurts

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts completed 21 of his 32 pass attempts for 226 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 3 win over the Los Angeles Rams. He also added nine carries, 40 rushing yards, and one rushing touchdown. Hurts got off to a relatively slow start as the Eagles found themselves in an early deficit. However, the star quarterback was able to turn things around, especially in the second half, and Philadelphia managed to defeat Los Angeles. Hurts' four-touchdown outburst reminds managers that he's one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL. He remains a top-five fantasy quarterback heading into Week 4 against the Buccaneers.

    From RotoBaller

Jonathan Taylor Sep 21 3:50pm CT
    Jonathan Taylor

Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor carried the ball 17 times for 102 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns during Sunday's Week 3 win over the Tennessee Titans. He also caught three of his four targets for an additional 16 yards through the air. Taylor has been one of the NFL's most effective running backs this season, and now, he has turned in one of the most impressive single-game performances of the 2025 campaign. His efficiency, workload, and nose for the end zone make him a high-end RB1 option heading into Week 4 against the Rams.

    From RotoBaller

Noah Fant Sep 21 3:40pm CT
    Noah Fant

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Noah Fant (concussion) was diagnosed with a concussion during the fourth quarter of Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Minnesota Vikings. He was one of Jake Browning's favorite targets when he was still healthy, catching all five of the quarterback's passes thrown his way for 26 yards through the air. With the Bengals playing on Monday Night Football in Week 4, Fant will have one extra day to get healthy and clear concussion protocol. He ranks as a low-end TE2 even when healthy.

    From RotoBaller

Tre Tucker Sep 21 3:40pm CT
    Tre Tucker

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker caught eight of his nine targets for 145 yards and three touchdowns during Sunday's Week 3 loss to the Washington Commanders. This was one of the best single-game fantasy performances this season, though it was somewhat aided by Las Vegas taking advantage of garbage time. Nevertheless, points are points, and managers who rostered or started Tucker will certainly appreciate his huge outing. While Tucker probably won't replicate his 145-yard, three-score game going forward, he'll still be a riser in the Week 4 fantasy rankings. He's an intriguing waiver wire option with low-end flex appeal ahead of his next game against Chicago.

    From RotoBaller

    Ja'Tavion Sanders Sep 21 3:20pm CT
    Ja'Tavion Sanders

Carolina Panthers tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle) exited during the fourth quarter of Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Atlanta Falcons. He was officially listed as questionable and did not return. Carolina won by 30 points as Sanders converted his two targets into two catches for 11 yards through the air. While Sanders isn't a big name in fantasy football, managers should still stay tuned for injury updates, as his status will have a bearing on future volume for players like Tetairoa McMillan and Hunter Renfrow.

    From RotoBaller

Mike Evans Sep 21 3:10pm CT
    Mike Evans

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 3 contest against the New York Jets. He exited during the fourth quarter and was initially listed as questionable before quickly being downgraded to out. At the time of his departure, he had caught four of his eight targets for 33 yards and one touchdown. Tampa Bay has plenty of talent on the offensive side of the ball, but Evans is arguably the Bucs' most reliable playmaker, so losing him is a tough blow. Until he can return, Ryan Miller and Sterling Shepard will earn more targets alongside Emeka Egbuka. The team could also get a major boost next week if Chris Godwin (ankle) returns.

    From RotoBaller

Michael Penix Jr. Sep 21 3:10pm CT
    Michael Penix Jr.

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Penix Jr. completed just 18 of his 36 pass attempts for 172 yards, zero touchdowns, and two interceptions during Sunday's Week 3 loss to the Carolina Panthers. The Falcons were held scoreless in their ugly divisional loss, prompting the team's coaching staff to replace Penix with veteran Kirk Cousins in the fourth quarter. Cousins completed five of seven passes for 29 yards during his limited action. The quarterback change was likely due to the blowout and not indicative of the Falcons' depth chart moving forward. Still, managers should stay tuned to upcoming depth chart news from Atlanta nonetheless.

    Mike Evans

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) exited during the fourth quarter of Sunday's Week 3 contest against the New York Jets. He is officially questionable to return. At the time of his departure, he had caught four of his eight targets for 33 yards and one touchdown. Tampa Bay has plenty of talent on the offensive side of the ball, but Evans is arguably the Bucs' most reliable playmaker, so losing him is a tough blow. Until he can return, Ryan Miller and Sterling Shepard will rotate in alongside Emeka Egbuka.

Alec Pierce Sep 21 3:00pm CT
    Alec Pierce

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Tennessee Titans. He exited after an incomplete pass downfield that resulted in Pierce's head violently banging off the turf. The 25-year-old finishes Sunday's game with four receptions for 67 yards through the air. He will now enter concussion protocol, raising immediate concerns about his Week 4 availability. The Colts play against the Los Angeles Rams next Sunday, giving Pierce just one week to recover and clear protocol. Ashton Dulin and Adonai Mitchell should command additional targets behind Michael Pittman Jr. and Josh Downs.

    From RotoBaller

    D'Andre Swift Sep 21 2:50pm CT
    D'Andre Swift

Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift (quadriceps) is officially active for Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Dallas Cowboys. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction ahead of gameday. The veteran running back will play through his injury while leading Chicago's backfield against Dallas. He has delivered very modest production through two weeks, totaling 35 touches, 134 scrimmage yards, one touchdown, and one lost fumble. He ranks as a mid-range RB3/flex in fantasy football.
