You do realize this is not your local league, right? They set the rules and dates (well in advance) for the hundreds or thousands of leagues they have and they don't change them just to accommodate one person from one league.

It's an 8 hour clock for each pick, and every dynasty league has the same draft time and date it starts (outside of joining a brand new dynasty league)
Go check in League, Rules, then go to Online Draft.
