draft order is now determined differently then in the past and it has the flaw that I mentioned.
worst record by tanking or bad managing or a shit team no longer guarantees you 1st pick.
however most players misunderstood new playoff rules to determine this years draft order.
it should not surprise anyone that RTS was negligent in there explanation of new rules = fact.
