For the 2025 season and beyond, draft picks one (1) through six (6) will be determined via consolation bracket finish position of the six teams failing to make the previous year's championship playoffs. Draft picks 7 through 12 will be determined by reverse order of finish of the 6 playoff teams based on the previous year's final regular season points standing

I believe if you win it you get the 1st pick, runner up gets 2nd and so on.
