Rules: If your league draft is before kickoff of opening day, there will be a waiver wire on Saturday night of Fantasy Week 1. And no the game is not forfeited if you do not field a full team, you’ll either win or loss with the team you have.

The rules show that there are no preseason waivers. What happens with the 2 teams that do not have a kicker of defense? Is their game forfeited cause they cannot field a full team?
