First year using IR, so we're learning. To eliminate the need for perpetual policing of team rosters, I'm going with whatever the RealTime Sports default is. If a player on your IR becomes Questionable or better, as is happening this week on a few teams, we're about to see what RealTime Sports does.
If the software forces you to put the player on your active roster, cool.
If they don't, also cool. In that case, the pain you felt having your player injured and out for awhile, will be mildly offset by the temporary extra bench spot. Once (if) you start that player, he's then off your IR for good. (Until he's re-injured! 🤡)
The eagles have a 133 points and Lamar plays tomorrow….. yikes 😳
somebody stop him!!!!!
Where's the teams with a 1-1 record? Everyone's either undefeated or winless! I predict that this week you'll play a team with the same record as yourself. 😉
The Monday matchup to watch is 49ers (Steve) vs Cowboys (Jim). Steve has a 9 point lead and a TE going. Can Jim pass him up with his TE plus WR Mike Evans?
Giants (Justin) vs Lions (Doug) could also get interesting. Doug aims to make up a 25 point deficit with his WR and Kicker.
....and the Week 1 results are in! Some very close contests! Congrats Eagles for the first weekly High Score. We track those on the team spreadsheet. // If you need to use the Injured Reserve, here's a video on how to do it.
Remember, the Waiver Wire bidding deadline is noon Wednesday. Then starting at 5:00pm Wednesday, you can pick up players without bids, up until they're about to start their game.
Raiders (Sarah) vs Seahawks (Riley) all boils down to Monday night! Who'll score more, Justin Jefferson (Minnesota) or D'Andre Swift (Chicago) ?
Just re-posted the content of today's email into the "From Commish" section here online also. See y'all soon!
Ok I'll be the first, good luck to all, and an immediate thanks to you Randy for the work you've already done , and what I know you will do. Very polished, and professional.
