The bylaws state that a trade protest must be made within 8 hours. Its very possible people may be away or asleep and not even see it for longer than that so I would like to change the time limit to within 24 hours.

Playoff Seeding - right now it is the top 3 records then the top 3 in points. The rule proposal would make it:1 seed based on Win/Loss record2 seed based on Pts Scored3 seed based on Win/Loss Record4-6 seed based on Pts Scored
KEEP IT LIKE IT IS - top 3 records, then 3 points
MAKE TOP POINTS THE #2 SEED
