  • Players you select must be from at least two different NFL teams.
  • Lineups will score fantasy points as follows:

    • 4 points for each passing TD
    • 0.1 point for each rushing and receiving yard
    • 0.05 points for each passing yard
  • Each week, teams scoring in the top 2/3rds of all entries will advance.
  • Each week, teams scoring in the bottom 1/3rd of all entries will be eliminated from the Contest.
  • Last remaining entry wins $25,000.
Rosters

Teams in the Contest must select a fantasy lineup each week of the season. Weekly lineups consist of exactly one quarterback, one running back and one receiver. Receivers may be either a wide receiver or a tight end. Weekly lineups must have players from at least two different NFL teams. All lineups are one-and-done. Once a player has been used in a team's weekly lineup, that player may not be used in the team's lineup for the duration of the Contest.

Lineups must be submitted by 1:00pm ET each Sunday of the Contest. There are not exceptions to this lineup deadline. Players selected from late games or Monday or Tuesday games must still be selected by 1:00pm ET each Sunday.

Players may also be selected from any Thursday, Friday or Saturday games. Players must be selected for a team's lineup before the scheduled kickoff of their game. After the scheduled kickoff of a Thursday, Friday or Saturday game, all players from that game cannot be added or dropped from a team's weekly lineup.

Lineups do not roll forward from one week to the next. Teams must select a new lineup each week of the Contest. The system will not select a default lineup or a backup lineup for any team. Incomplete, partial or empty lineups will score points for only the players in the lineup if any. Empty lineups will score zero fantasy points.

The Contest will continue until there is a single remaining team or until the conclusion of the AFC/NFC championship games. Lineups must be submitted for all playoff weeks including the AFC/NFC championship games for a team to score points in those weeks.

There is no draft and teams are free to select any players they like for their lineup, within the one-and-done rules, at any time during the week up until the lineup deadline.

RealTime Fantasy Sports uses the official preseason position designation for each player's position. After September 1st of the current season, each player's position designation will be locked for the duration of the season. If a player's position is officially changed prior to September 1st, that change will be reflected in the Contest. By acquiring a player, team owners accept the risk of player position change prior to the season. RTFS reserves the right to update a player's position designation at any time in the event of the player changing NFL teams or other extraordinary circumstances.

Player Scoring

All players on each team's fantasy roster are eligible to score fantasy points in the following statistical categories:

  • 6 points for each rushing or receiving TD
  • 4 points for each passing TD
  • 0.1 point for each rushing and receiving yard
  • 0.05 points for each passing yard

All other statistics will not score fantasy points. Players will score fantasy points for the listed statistical categories regardless of player position. For example, a quarterback will score 6 points for any rushing touchdown they score.

Fantasy points are cumulative for the entire Contest. Each team's weekly score is added to their season-long total for tie-breaking purposes.

Statistics Reporting

Scores and stats are updated immediately as they are received from our statistics provider (usually about every minute). Some events beyond RTFS' control can make this time longer. Thus, RealTime Fantasy Sports is not responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the statistics.

Because the statistics are updated "live," some errors may occur. If so, statistical errors are usually corrected by our stats provider during the course of the NFL game, but may take up to 24 hours to be corrected. If an error occurs and is not corrected by our provider, RTFS will correct the stat ourselves, but only if it is overwhelmingly obvious that the stat is in error. If there is any doubt about the validity of the stat, RTFS will maintain the statistic given by its provider.

All stats for a given NFL week are deemed final at noon on Thursday of the next week. Even if the NFL changes a stat several weeks later, it will not be changed by RTFS. Nonetheless, RTFS still reserves the right to change any stat at any time for any unforeseen reason.

Should an NFL game be ended early for any reason, not limited to injury, weather, or field conditions, the statistics will be applied to all fantasy league scoring if the NFL considers the game an official game. If the NFL does not consider the game or the statistics as official, they will not be applied to any fantasy league.

RealTime Fantasy Sports is not responsible for any inaccuracies, representations, statements, graphics or content of materials that are uploaded onto its servers and website from other vendors, including but not limited to the National Football League, SportsRadar, the Associated Press, and users, members, subscribers, customers or participants.

The Cut Line

The Contest shall incorporate a top scoring 2/3rds cut line.

Each week, all teams scoring in the top 2/3rds of all team scores for that week will advance to the next week of the Contest. Each week, all teams scoring in the bottom 1/3rd of all team scores for that week will be eliminated from the Contest. All teams failing to submit a lineup will be eliminated before the cut line is computed.

A predicted cut line will be displayed in the contest during each week's NFL games. Teams will be shown above and below the cut line with live scoring during each week's games. Teams will move above and below the cut line during each week. The cut line will finalize after the conclusion of the last game of the week. The cut line will become official when statistics for that week become official.

Fantasy Season

The contest will begin with NFL Week 1. The contest will run through the AFC/NFC championship games or until 2 participants remain. If, in any week, only 2 participants remain, the cut line will be between the 2 remain team's scores for that week.

The contest does not, under any circumstances, extend to the Superbowl. Player statistics from the Superbowl are explicitly not part of this contest.

King of the Mountain Champion

The King of the Mountain champion shall be the last participant to remain above the cut line.

In the event the contest ends because no participants were below the cut line in the week or the NFC/AFC championship games have been played, the team with the highest cumulative fantasy score for the season that is above the final week's cut line shall be declared the King of the Mountain champion.

Prizes

The King of the Mountain champion ("Winner") shall receive a grand prize of $25,000 USD.

No other contest prizes shall be awarded.

The prize will be awarded to one individual. All prizes are non-transferable.

If any NFL team should play six (6) or more regular season games, the season shall be considered a viable fantasy season. Should any NFL week have fewer than nine (9) games played, that week shall not be included in the contest and the contest timeline will be adjusted. Should any game be rescheduled into another week, the statistics for the that game will be counted in the week the game is played. Should any NFL game be rescheduled past NFL week 17, that game shall not be a part of this contest. Should the NFL season end early for any circumstance, including but not limited to work stoppage, facilities, natural disaster, disease, or terrorism, the contest will end when the National Football League cancels the remainder of of the season. At that time winners will be declared and prizes awarded in accordance with the league standings. If a viable fantasy season is not reached, the league will be disbanded and all teams will be returned to player accounts. Players may save the teams for future seasons or redeem them for full credit or refund. RTFS reserves the right to make other adjustments to the fantasy league schedule and timelines.

Should the NFL season be considered a viable fantasy season but end early, before the completion of the AFC/NFC championsip weekend, and before a single winner is crowned, the prize will be chopped between all contestants remaining at the end of the last completed NFL week.

Should the start of the NFL season be delayed or the season interrupted for a period of time, the fantasy schedule will be adjusted to match the NFL schedule.

Sportsmanship and Decency

Sportsmanship

By registering, you agree to abide by the general sportsmanship rules set forth in these rules and fantasy games in general. You further agree to accept and abide by the rulings and the decisions of RealTime Fantasy Sports regarding all questions of sportsmanship. Sportsmanship broadly includes actions such as abusive postings and communication, colluding with other teams in the league, deliberately choosing to start incomplete or weak lineups, free agent moves for reasons other than improvement of the owner's fantasy team, and any other actions not conducive to decent, fair, and honest play. If an owner refuses to comply with the sportsmanship rules, or that an owner has acted in an unsportsmanlike manner, RealTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right to disqualify the owner and/or remove that owner from the league without a refund. All decisions by RealTime Fantasy Sports will be final.

Inappropriate, Offensive, or Commercial Communication

The league message boards, league news and league email are provided to facilitate communication with other league owners and enhance the enjoyment of your league. RealTime Fantasy Sports does not permit posting or sending messages or images, to include logos, avatars and team names that could be construed as offensive to other owners. Additionally, RealTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right to disqualify the owner and/or remove that owner from the league without a refund. All decisions by RealTime Fantasy Sports will be final.

All participants are required to abide by the RealTime Fantasy Sports, Inc. (RTFS) Official Policies. RTFS reserves the right to refuse participation for persons violating these terms.

Appeals

Accidental Drops

In season long fantasy contests, should a team accidentally drop a player or drop the incorrect player during a free agent transaction, the team may appeal to have the player reinstated to their team. The appeal for reinstatement must occur immediately, without exception. If the appeal is not submitted immediately, for any reason, the appeal will be denied. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee a ruling in favor of the team submitting the appeal. If the team owner is a repeat offender, deemed to be using the appeal to gain an advantage or the appeal is not submitted immediately, the appeal will be denied. RTFS reserves the right to deny any appeal.

Trades

In leagues that permit trading, owners may request a review of commissioner-approved trades or commissioner-rejected trades. Trade appeals must be submitted immediately after the trade was approved or rejected. If any delay in submission occurs, for any reason, the appeal will be denied. Upon submission of an appeal, the trade will be reviewed by a panel of fantasy experts. Current injuries, bye weeks, season to date performance, team standings, and other factors will be considered. Trades that are overwhelmingly one-sided will be rejected. Trades that are arguably beneficial to both sides or arguably not overwhelmingly one-sided will be allowed to stand. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee a trade will be reversed. RTFS reserves the right to reverse any trade or let any trade stand.
